Proud...

Here I am sitting at the computer on a Saturday night. I'm not sleepy, not bored to bad, just killing some time. Anyways, I have to admitt although January is almost halfway gone, its probably been all in all a good 15 days. I haven't been in any big fights. I've gotten some "me" time. My child has been absolutely wonderful, precious, and as perfect as I knew. I look at my child, and just think of how much I want to make my child happy. I want to give the world, the sun, the moon, and the stars. I wish I was able. Truly a sweet and wonderful child. I get complimented on how well-mannered my child is, please, thank you, have a nice day's, which truly pleases me. I believe there are alot of children out there that were never taught any manners and its a shame. You have kids that are cussing...talking back to their parents...being rude to strangers...and all kinds of worse stuff. I am proud to say that my child knows how to say the things I was taught when I was younger, to respect my elders, open and hold doors for the elderly, say thank you, say please, yes/no ma'am/sir and other little things. Those are all very valuable tools that everyone needs. To see the reactions of those that have some interaction with my child are fun to watch and makes me even more proud to know that people to appreciate what I have tryed to instill in my child. Okay, I'm finished boasting now. lol.
