Nakedness & Weight Loss

One simple technique I found to be effective in weight lose is "nakedness".

We spend our time in baggy clothes that we tend to forget that we have bodies.
By being naked, you have to face your body and cannot hide yourself behind clothes.

It's an effective way to keep yourself in check, a scale is just not enough.

Also nakedness is good for the skin, let's it breathe, and nakedness makes you more sensual.

I personally try to be naked as much as possible, I'll just wear a pair tights or a thong around the house.
It makes feel sexy and healthy!
