On one of my adventures...was walking along the beach and as I looked up the hillside from the shore...I saw this image...
now men imagine women naked...and their bikinis falling off...but I would think this is any woman's dream...

To start the new year off, I suppose it would be appropriate to use my new year fireworks picture.
Spent New Year's eve with my ex..watching fireworks at the beach. Great display, good company and just a perfect way to say goodbye to the divorce and the way our relationship had been and to start fresh...again as good friends.
I love this picture of the fireworks...it was the beginning of the finale and you could see the 2011 light on the boat that was shooting off the fireworks.
Hope all of you have a great new year celebration...and only the best this year.

Why...
Reading an email this morning...wore me out. It was two women and a man relationship. They included their profile in the email and I found it not only confusing but hypocritical. They explained how they were into this really open lifestyle...yet...they didn't like porn on profiles...or even sent ..yet they love my profile..LOL...and they had a naked picture of one of the women...as the profile pic...it wasn't showing genitals but it wouldn't have been in a disney movie either...then they went on to explain that...they wanted someone smart...
someone to go out dancing and socializing...yet in their email they just went on and on about their important international jobs...borrrriiinnnngggg....
so..after reading this 10,000 word email....I left it with the feeling...that I didn't know anything about their sexual preferences..and that they had something huge stuck up their group asses...because they had so many restrictions in their supposedly open lifestyle...
maybe they were into mind bondage...I'll never know since that isn't my thing
hope all had an excellent new year adventure....and the year to come is all peace and joy....
take off the ropes of bondage this year in your life...and really enjoy everything this wonderful world has to offer...

is to be more like my cat......to share my feelings pleasantly like a meeeoooowwww or a purrr...to take afternoon naps in the sun...to eat only when I'm hungry...but when someone gives me a treat to be grateful...always share my favorite pillow and my food dish...take time to notice the tiny things that catch my eye..try to always look like everything is under control even when I fall off the fence post

The light that directs us....

Went for a vacation to visit my ex and since it was one of the last warm days we decided to go to the beach. We noticed there was a lighthouse on the island.... decided to investigate...
It was great fun...and lots of interesting things to take photos of...
but as he sat along the beach..with the lighthouse in the background...with a heart made in the sand...I thought about all the signs...how the heart can show the way....as does the light of a lighthouse to the lost sailors trying to find their way back to a safe harbor...
Not sure where our relationship is going...he does accidentally or purposely..(not sure which)refer to me as his girlfriend in conversation but as long as it feels right...what the heck..it's all good....
Yesterday, I made it back to work...and they were handing out stress relieving hand held lighthouses...LOL..life is funny

Big hole with wood

Was vacationing this week..and found this drift wood...thought it was really interesting looking and after seeing the picture when I got home...it made me think about a lot of things
of course there is the easiest...it's wood..and a big holethat seems to go on forever...LOL...can you think of someone like that...
but...when looking more closer at it..as I tend to do...I noticed that the roots grew in a circle...back to their beginning...completing the circle...as do we when going back to our roots...as many of us will do during the holidays..in the next few weeks...

Someone was covering all bases of love...by drawing a small heart..larger heart..and a broken heart...guess they were showing how they felt about the beach today...it was cold...warmed up..then went cloudy at sunset...wake me up in March...I'm gonna go hibernate....where's the closest bear cave in Florida...
what's really noticeable about this is...they stayed within the lines...
wish love really was like that where it stayed within the lines...NAH...bring on the adventures....lol

Envision dating...

In April, I saw a white patch of beach while driving home on the interstate and wondered why I had never noticed it before. After asking around, someone told me the name of the beach and I started going there several times a week.
I would take pictures of what I would see while there, lie in the sun and envision my future.
A few 8X10 photos I had taken were laying on my desk, my ex saw them and said..."this is the building where I work"...he loved the photo and I told him he could have it...he said he would frame it and hang it at his office ...and his coworkers would be amazed...he asked for a few others to use as his screen savers.
He then noticed I had 100s of pics of sunsets all with the building where he worked since the spring...he asked why I had taken so many pictures of the building where he worked..and I said it was the sunset that pulled in...not that I was stalking him..lol..since I didn't even know he was in that building.
So ..it seems all summer long I had been looking at the building where he worked...taking pictures of it...and he could have seen me lying on the beach if he had looked in that direction....
Neither of us realized this until this past weekend....we have been getting along great again...it's nice having him as a close friend...
and yes he slept over this past weekend
as I had lied there and envisioned love...he was right in front of my lens....

New toy and kitty

My toy from September broke....
I found this new toy that is great...there is an egg and a bullet both having 6 speeds and they detach from the remote which looks more techie than adult toy like....
What I found cute today...I came back into my bedroom after playing and find my kitty playing with the egg and wires...now I hope she doesn't bite into the wires and break this one...or drag it out into the living room when company is over....
all kitties seem to like this toy...

Is this the right way to make mashed potatoes...
Why am I so tired....
I have been on vacation since last Monday and I have 4 days to go...had no real plans...just wanted the time off to relax and to catch up on things around the house...
As each day goes by, I seem to be more and more tired...why is this...I was missing my job yesterday...it's great having one that you really enjoy.
I'm going to wash the windows and do some touch up painting today...I've planted several palm trees in my backyard...rearranged my bedroom...bought everything for thanksgiving....done some cooking...paid bills...worked on my closet project..which is almost done after the painting...fixed the doorknob on the front door...still plan on doing some tree trimming....and plan on washing and vacuuming the car...done some work for the places I volunteer for...well...I guess I answered my question...LOL...but...it has really been great catching up on things...
As always though...I'm on a different path than everyone else...about the time I go back to work...on Wednesday...everyone else will just be starting their holiday...

While chatting this morning...a friend mentioned that he had fucked four gfs that were fwbs. I commented that they couldn't have been gfs if they were fwbs unless he meant female friends and then as far as the female was concerned ...I'm sure she didn't think they were friends ...he was just someone that wasn't good enough to date...but was good enough to have sex with once in awhile where there was no one else.

ok ok...I will tell you what got me thinking about this
yesterday was the first day it was cold enough that I "needed" to wear jeans...and I had just come from a first time meet...so..I knew my ass looked good..since the guy told me so..LOL...
had to run some errands...I'm walking to my car from one of the stores practicing my "runway walk" where you put your heel to toe..it makes your ass look great walking down the street...and a guy around 20 years old stops his car and ask out his car window for the time...since it was the first day of standard time.. I pull out my cell phone and tell him it is 2:03...he then says I'm hot..my response was a thumbs up...but I'm your mom's age...he responds..well ..you still look hot
I continue to my car and am preparing to back up and I see the young guy quickly walking towards my car...I put down the window and he says...can I have your phone number...I say ....no...but you got the confidence you will do fine..and he says..well..a guy has to try...
I drove away smiling...with my great looking ass...thinking...I have to do that "runway walk" more often...LOL
