Just A Reality !!!! Peyronies Disease Part 1 of 3

I am not a shy person by any means and it is very easy to speak virtually on any subject. The reason for this post is to bring to light a very difficult disease to deal with. If i can help one person out then the time an effort i put into this was worth it. One i am going to briefly touch bases on and will follow it up later with a full blown story, is an issue that no man wishes upon himself and that is Peyronies Disease. I unfortunately have it. It is non-contagious but depending on the symptoms, can be excruciatingly painful. Peyronies is a plaque or calcification build-up in the shaft of the penis.Depending on the severity of the Peyronies it can also cause a very severe bend in the penis that is very noticeable during an erection. It can cause tremendously painful erections and at times can be nearly an erectile dysfunction. Sad thing is , at least in my case, no 2 symptoms are ever the same. I have seen my urologist many times over, dealt with the emotional scars that knowing i have this horrible disease and am unfortunately in the 2% bracket of not being able to cure it. There are many options available but at my age i am in no way ready to look at the alternatives yet. I have been blessed in a sense that even though during intercourse alot of the rigidity is lost. 90% of the sensitivity is also lost due to the plaque causing the loss of the sensitivity. Now add to that throwing a condom on and what do I get? Not much really. As turned on as i may get there are many times, no matter how hard i want to cum it is just not going to happen. I have learned alot from this too. I have learned to accept the fact that at any given time I may realize i will not be able to orgasm. Now i could have a pity party and curl up into a ball or I can continue on and make sure my partner i am playing with gets her satisfaction. And from the man's standpoint it is important that you communicate to your mate or play partner that she in no way did anything wrong to bring this on. She needs reassurance. I am also blessed that i am on the lower end of the spectrum as far as severity goes but still remain and always will be in the 2% bracket that can't be cured. I've taken more vitamin E than Carter has ever manufactured in pills. And i must continue to take the rest of my life. This will continue on my next post and would love to hear comments from both the male and female viewpoint and share your issues concerning this. Guys if you are having issues with this don't ever give up for there are options. In my case what the penis can't do, my mouth and tongue will. I am also blessed that my lady, Naughtyblonde78 understands completely and is so encourageable. I can not stress enough the importance of good communication here. For that I Love Her even more. To Be Continued.........

I have it as well. I am a 61 yr old. I t came on allof a sudden 8 mo ago. The bend to the left is gone but now slightly upward. What has happened is that I no longer get a hard erection, even using Viagra. The desease is more common then people realize, men just do not talk about it.
