My Original To Do List

Hello again! Building my To Do list and committing to do those things has probably been one of the best things I've done in my life. I am enjoying life more than I ever have. My original list was made right after I returned from skydiving and only had 10 items. The list now is well over 100 long but I carry the top 10 with me everywhere I go.

Here is my original list
1. Get a job that I enjoy
2. Have a one night stand
3. Visit Ireland
4. Give a speech in public
5. Reintroduce myself to all the girls I had crushes on in HS
6. Have sex blindfolded
7. Sing in public
8. Go skiing
9. Date a coworker
10. Have an office fling

I've cleared everything on the original list but the marathon and the last girl from HS lives in Alaska but we are talking by email. I'll including my current Top 10 as well as how I completed some of my To Dos in future posts.

If any of the rest of you have your own lists I'd like to see them and hear about what you did or are doing to check some of those items off.

Why Silky, it sounds a bit like you might want to go yourself. I'd offer to invite you along but I went last March. The main thing that had sparked my interest for the trip was journals we had found that were kept by my Great+ (not sure of how many greats) Grandfather had kept since he was about 11 years old. He lived from 1701 -1750 and his journals fascinated me. I wanted to see some of the same places he had described and I did. After almost 300 years I was able to recognize some of the places he had talked about from his description alone like: one of the houses he lived in as a kid, the place he had his first kiss, the chapel he was married in amoung others. Living in Southern California where you are lucky if you can find things after 10 years it amazes me I was able to find anything at all let alone as much as I did. I have to admit I had some very good help from the older gents at the pubs. And the land is so gorgeous. It was a wet and truly amazing trip.

And since so many people have decided they hate me after hearing this story I've decided that my return trip will be a group tour instead of a solo shot. I'd hate to piss more people off by going alone again.

Sorry Gorgeous, there won't be any Ireland for a while, but you are more than welcome to come out and go skydiving with me any time you'd like.
