I was just reading an article titled "Cocoa consumers have lower risk of disease in study" on Reuters.
Who wouldda thunk it?
Now to dig up that old mailing list article about where to buy the 10# chunks of unsweetened dark chocolate!
The article states that cocoa can lower blood pressure, reduce the chance of fatal heart disease, contains antioxidants and flavanols, lessens the risks from cholesterol and other chemicals.
