I'm not sure if it is just the work pressure, or the pressure of my current situation, but I have had a hard time sleeping all week.

Someone has told me to go get something for it, but I think I'll continue to try other things. Do any of you out there know any good (serious) cures for insomnia? I'd love to hear them.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, my wife continues to be completely absurd. I understand her less now than I did before all of this started. I'm not sure if she is in a fantasy world, or bipolar, or just wacky. It's if I know 3 people; the angry one, the happy one, and the sad one. Maybe she is tri-polar.

In any case, her mood swings get quite annoying, I guess they have always been annoying, it is just amplified by what is going on.

Have you tried Melatonin? It is a supplement that you can get at the drug store. Your body releases melatonin right before sleep. It has done wonders for me.

As for your wife, it sounds like she may suffer from depression. Try and get her to talk to her doctor about it. There is so much that can be done for it now.

Good luck and sweet dreams.

Nofault, try some pleasant music....played low, and just breath. Follow her breathing as if it is the only thing in the world. If that does not help...try is not the best answer but it is a mild aide......Oh, about your wife, I agree also with Jack's comment. She sounds like she may need more help than you do sleeping. Good luck...and my best to you.
