Reading blogs.

I make it a point of wandering through other people's blogs and reading what they have to say, what they have experienced. It brings a light into my life that is hard to explain, hard to bring across to other people.

I live in a small town - although I have travelled to most of the other continents of the world had *lived* - and lack the experiences others live through daily. To be able to live their lives with them; to gain an experience through their eyes, through their writings, is a gift that should never be underestimated.

tinytemptress: if you can't be honest in your own Journal / blog, what hope is there for humanity? It would be as if I were lying to myself, and I know that I wouldn't believe me and, if I kept on lying to myself, I wouldn't trust me either! Now, that would be a bad thing.

Almondnut: it often surprises me when people say that they are lonely, as I cannot imagine some people ever suffering from loneliness. Then again, when I think further, it is possible to be lonely in a crowded room, so I can understand how you feel.
