Pirates of the Caribbean 2

So I decided on PotC 2. I did like the first one. So I had to go and see the second. It wasnt too shabby actaully. I like what they have done with the story despite a few "unexsplainables" The specail effects where pretty good. The antics are a bit more unrealistic but still pretty funny. Id say its worth going to see. Good date movie.

LOL...I did a post on Pirates too...it's rare I love a sequel more than the original. There's just something about old Captain Jack that sets me a quivering. Excellent, harmless escapism. This time around, though, you could tell they were giving it all they had. It ROCKED.

Not my type of movie.

Not a Johnny Depp fan either.

I still see him as the same kid he was on 21 Jumpstreet.

I do wish I could have seen "The Shining" or "Silence of the Lambs" when they first came out in theaters.

That would have been something.

Probably Jack Nicholson's best work, that character.

Ditto for Anthony Hopkins.

I STILL can't watch The Shining or SOTL unless it's daytime and I have company.

Trust me...this one's worth seeing on the big screen for all the cinematography...unless you own your own IMAX or something. And if you do...let me know!!!

moonlight - yea it was pretty good

pk -

popmuse - I like Jack Sparrow he keeps the movie pretty funny for me.

Div - Well I admit I like alot of Johnny Depps movies. I liked Sleepy Hallow, and From Hell was another good one. I never like 21 jumpstreet and yes Ill say it I didnt like Edward Scissor hands either Though I will agree I wish I could have seen The Shining on the big screen. I did however get to see Silence of the Lambs on the big screen when it came out. I was 11 my parents took me to see it. Dont think they realized what it was about. but then movies never bothered me when I was a kid...go figure.

Spunky - Well if there was a movie worth seeing in the theaters right now I would have to say this one is it. but Ill definately be gettin this one on DVD when its realsed.

moonlight,

I watch those kind of movies in the dead of night.

It doesn't bother me.

I love the details and vibe of those type of movies.

I would watch it with you......just to see how frigid you get.

Who's hiding?

By frigid, I mean I'd hold you there and force you to watch it with me so I could see how you react to the bloodcurling screams, the scenes of blood running down the walls...

You'd be skittish like a baby deer.
