College Football is Here

Ya, I know, another guy rejoicing that football season is here. Unlike most men, I could really care less about NFL football. I grew up, literally, around college football at the University of Oregon. $3 tickets to the game and $1 to park fifty yards from Autzen Stadium. Now I have watched that program grow to the point where I can only watch it on TV. My family has had season tickets since about 1970 but do to my dad's poor health, they, we, gave them up two years ago. For the first time in his life, my oldest son looks at the prospect of not going to a game at Autzen Stadium. (We will most likely attend the UO/WSU game in Pullman which in recent years has become an annual pilgrimage).

What does this have to do with my main topic here? Well, I will most likely be spending my Saturday evening after work watching football with my son. It amazes me though, I could care so much less about football when there is a woman around to tempt me. I am so weak, perhaps another reason why I get along with women more than men. Oh those priorities on Saturday night I guess. I think back to some of this summers' sexual escapades and think to myself about a Saturday night in September; football? What Football, bring on the flesh of a beautiful woman!

i wonder if nerf makes footballs??? some bedroom tackling sure sounds fun... play hide the football... mmmmm i'll be the ref and you be the whistle ....

you are not "weak" darlin.. a lot of men don't like spectator sports.. or the sport would be a distant second to a warm lusty lover.. and they are the type i go for! they are the ones hiking or fly fishing on nfl sunday afternoons..
around here... if the imaginary he thinks a tv hockey game is more important then seeing me.... puck off!! unless the he wants to take me to a game in vancouver.. i would pleasantly endure the game for the rest of the time spent with him...

bonding with your boys is important too.. and a balance needs to be struck... boys grow up to their own saturday night pursuits.. all too soon.....

Ya, it is all in balance Krissy! The bottom line is that I would gladly forget the entire football season, even my beloved Ducks for the company of a good woman. Priorities? One slightly lower than the other. In the meantime, the boys and I enjoy the games and each other's comapny.

It was good to share this cup of tea with you! Have a great day!
