I love my children. And there are moments that make me want to throw them out the window (too bad I'm on the ground floor lol). But there are moments that it just makes my heart melt.
My daughter was never a cuddly child. She was always wiggling to see what was going on all around her. Even now, she would rather play at being hard to get instead of giving you a kiss when you ask for it. But she is sweet in her own way. My son is a different story.
My son would let you hold him, no matter what was going on. He'd turn his head, but that's about it. He loves to give kisses and hugs. One of his favorite games to play is too cute. Sometimes, when you are sitting on the couch, he'll climb up onto your lap. He'll look at you, and kiss your nose. Then he'll pull your head down, and kiss your forehead. Then he'll move your head in one direction, and kiss the cheek. He'll do the same thing on the other side. Sometimes he'll lift your head to kiss your chin. And this can go on for quite awhile. It's so sweet because he gives you butterfly kisses, the kind of kiss that is so soft you can barely feel it. And it just makes my heart melt.

This is such a sweet little insight into your relationship with your kids. |
Hope you are doing better, kiddo!
