Christmas Wishes (A little late)

Really loving it here in Springfield, the people are so nice that's what I've been struck by the most living here, people are very helpful and as sweet as can be. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and got all they wished for. I got my wish, this was the first Christmas Michael and I got to spend together and it was so very lovely. He's my Christmas dream come true. I count my blessings everyday and I hope all of you all do too. We sometimes tend to complain about what we don't have, what we want. Sometimes we envy others because they may have more than we do, but when it comes down to it and you look at your life, how bad is it really? Do you have a roof over your head, food on the table, family and friends that love you? In the grand scheme of things those are the things we should long for because what is our life to become if we aren't loved? I'm guilty too of wanting what perhaps I can't have sometimes, we're human and we all do that don't we? I guess I've just been reflective lately on life and how good it would be if we all stopped for just a second and remembered that life is so short and we only get one chance to make it good so we should look around us and see what truly matters in our lives whether it be the love of a good man or woman, our families, our friends and that we should give thanks for all that we do have. I am thankful for my children and my brothers and parents and most of all I am thankful for Mike, he's my rock and the person who I will love all the days I live and beyond. He is a truly wonderful man who always wants to make sure I am safe and happy and has been a blessing in my life since the first day I met him, I am a better person for knowing and loving him To everyone out there again, hope you had a wonderful Christmas and have a safe New Year.
