Get off your fat McAss and exercise.

I am so f*cking sick of hearing people whine about their weight. So, I thought I'd write up some weight-loss tips for all the people who aren't happy with what they have.

1. Exercise. Yeah.... pretty simple really.

2. Don't eat so much crappy junk food. Do you really expect to lose weight when you eat McDonalds three times a week?

3. Don't go on diets. Diets are for stupid people who aren't willing to commit to a long-term eating plan (no diet is long-term, mostly because they are impossible to stick to).

4. Stay the hell away from "diet" products. 99% fat-free usually means they've added either more sugar or more salt to improve the taste of the bland fat-free garbage.

5. Exercise. Yes, this one was already mentioned but I doubt many people who diet have ever tried it. (probably because it's too much effort. Much easier to gobble down moronic "weight-loss" pills that you got off the net)

All pretty simple. Only eat when you're hungry, exercise three times a week and quit eating sh*tty food.

A list of sh*tty food that should never be eaten:
1. Anything with the prefix "Mc". Eg. McNuggets.
2. Anything that's been deep-fried. It doesn't matter how healthy it was before frying, cooking it in boiling fat is just not good for you.

I can't be bothered writing any more, it's 4am and I should be in bed.

Have to agree with you there Cj. After all, it's not that hard. Dull, but not hard. When exercise can be emailled to us, then we'll really suffer....
Good food is usually duller, but not always.
Eat less, sleep more, exercise more.

>>(no diet is long-term, mostly because they are impossible to stick to).
And fool or shock the body into saving food for the next lean time, producing fat and more hunger...=more eating.

>>"diet" 99% fat-free usu.= more sugar or more salt.
Or flour for weight and texture.
>>cooking it in boiling fat is just not good for you.
Amazing how people don't suspect that.

>>it's 4am and I should be in bed.
with that flu you should be in bed at 4pm, never mind 4a....

I frankly dont agree, as I am slightly overweight, but I never eat "shitty food" like maccas or pizza, I excercise 5 days a week, and I eat 5 meals a day, all low carb, full of vegetables and red meats, however I dont lose weight because my metabolism isnt very fast. On the other hand, I dont complain and whinge about my weight so I am not looking for sympathy, just stating that it isnt always that easy. I have however, gone from 110kg to 85, so that is a bit of an accomplishment I guess.
