~Arnold Arboretum~

I am very lucky to live no more than 5 min away from the oldest arboretum in this country

This passed Sunday i took a stroll in there, the weather was amazingly beutiful, and hundreds of people were visiting aswell.

The scent of the lilacs were intoxicating,i literally had to drag myself away from them, they came in 3 shades a cream one and medium purple and a blush colored one(my fav)

This place is perfect for a picknick, just bring a large blanket, some linen napkins fresh fruit sandwiches and something to quench your thirst with Then napping time

Stay safe and well...

Wonderful! The scent of lilacs can be so overpowering, can't it? You must make your picnic happen! What a special place.

When I was living in Cambridge, Arnold Arboretum was always a favorite, Lilac Sunday, xc skiing in the winter among the birches, the range of colors in the Fall, a very special treasure. It's good to be living by the ocean now, only 54 minutes away. I was up there for the lilacs this spring.

I live across from there, it's so nice and relaxing wondering around.

Also there is lots of places you can be away from other people, so if you ever do need some company to join your picnic, give me a shout.
