lol...same busy day as before- work work work...lol but i love my job!

Went to the gym at 8pm- before that was browsing in the chat room..albeit a shortwhile

had a great work out at the gym..and then at 9.30pm P called... he just worked out at his gym and asked me to join him for a glass of wine...we met at the usual place and i decided to skip the alcohol..and stuck to evain...

after that i went over to P's where we read poetry and talked till about 2am....i was peckish- but refused to touch any chocolate- P has an abundant supply fo some really delectable choc in his fridge...instead i had 2 weetabix with low fat milk...

today when i awoke- my hips actually felt smaller....lol..my hips don't lie...hehehehehe

will be snacking on some fruit- totally no chips- though i truly love tapioca chips with chili- arrggghhh its a local snack item here...

anyway..just a pondering...if you are friends with someone and you truly love their company...does it really matter if you need to justify your friendship with them???....i think not...as such...i do not give a shit as to whatever people say and think when P and i are together...he is my best pal in the whole world and has been honest with me ...thats all i need...last nite i told P...if ever my Dad passed on and after that i met a nice man and decided to tie the knot again... I want P to walk me down the aisle and give me away....i know its sounds truly melodramatic but P is too precious to me to just write off or forget... he has made me realise certain things about myself that i should have learnt a long time ago...

anyway- my lunch of vegetables , taw foo and lean pork is getting cold- gotta munch

Good that your avoiding chocolate. Pork is not good for you as well. Takes up to 6 times longer to digest than beef.

Try more chicken (without skin) and keep up on the veggies and fruits.

For breakfast I throw in a apple, banana and peach, along with a scoop of whole food energizer and a glass of water into a blender. Thats my breakfast shake. Keeps you full for almost half a day, and great for keeping the weight down.

Hey hon, don't worry about a thing...it aint no melodramatic moment there ) you'r ejust being honest and hey sometimes you do get to know people who are out of this world and they dont come in anyone lifes easy, only the lucky ones get to know them so you're one lukcy person and all is game when it comes to friendship and love ) you're cool )

chocs are good for health, so no worries there, as long as you have the gym in your "things to do" eat all you want! you need the energy to gain and burn anyways )
