20 down, 15 to go

Yay... I've managed to drop 20 of the 35 pounds I've been trying to get rid of before the end of summer. Down to 190 from 210 without doing much more than changing my food habits... eating grapefruit and a granola bar for breakfast, small lunch - sometimes consisting of a Power Bar and microwave popcorn, but not always, and smaller portions at dinner. I've also cut way back on the ice cream -- the worst part of the whole deal since, like bella_ I love ice cream and could survive on it if someone would make it nutritious.

I haven't seen 175 in at least 10 years. I already notice that my paunch is smaller, but I'm not quite to the point where I can pose for a pic like expatbrit49. Maybe eventually.

That is excellent, Mi!

It's amazing how the ol' weight creeps on then takes its sweet time creeping off. LOL

You've done so well so far, I'm sure you'll be celebrating reaching your goal soon.

Good job. I've only lost 15 and that's only because I was sick.
