Recovery: Life on a Rollercoaster

Greetings all just a quick update on our status for weeks 2-4. Things are progressing we have had our good days and our bad days, which the counselor says is to be expected. Lots of heart to heart discussions. We are still enjoying ourtime getting reaquainted.

Spent yesterday on a famiy outing to Cedar Point. The weather was perfect not to hot or cold and no rain. J's Aunt and Uncle came with us to occupy our little one while we rode the bigger rides. We were dissapointed that Top Thrill Dragster was not running. Not sure about that ride, they do seem to have a lot of trouble with that one. We did enjoy some of the other rides like Maxair and Wicked Twister. The longest we had to wait was an hour and a half for Raptor, because we chose the wrong time of day to ride it. The only one we didn't get to ride was Millenium Force since they changed the lap belts this year and D was just short of being able to fasten it securely. Our little one enjoyed herself emensely. She does like her rides. We stayed until the park closed and then headed home. Long but very nice day.
