I've been on a sort of hiatus lately and really not having much time to spend online....I realize I have missed some amazing blogs and stories and hope to be able to catch up at some point, but the reality is I probably won't....Spring and Summer are typically months of outdoor activities for me, so I usually spend much less time inside and more and more offline.....I hope to check in and catch up as much as possible. Happy Saturday Night all....so I was having a conversation with my friend aflower2c and as we were chatting I posed a question to her and as I thought about it, I figured it would make a good post question.
I am a man of 57 and will turn 58 in August....I know a common perspective is that a lot of men get better looking with age (40's to 50's)....to a point. I personally feel I look better now than when I was in my forties, for one I was carrying a little more weight back then and I had a thyroid issue that caused my face and neck to appear swollen. The thyroid issue got taken care of in my late 40's and I have lost about 20lbs of the extra weight. I did not like they way I looked at the time and as I look back cringe at some of those pictures. Now I don't consider myself a Brad Pitt look-a-like, but I'm not Quasimodo either....lol I feel like I am a decent looking man for my age and have been told often that I do not look my age. But with 60 quickly approaching, I wonder if I am running out of time?
It is also I think a common perspective that women feel they lose their looks as they age....personally I feel women get more attractive when they hit their 40's and into their 50's....I feel that they have lived a lot of life at that point and have settled into who they are as a woman and have more confidence in who they are and that is very attractive to me....plus I like curves and I find those little imperfections endearing...and mature women know what they want sexually.

Hello bloggers! I was on a posting sabbatical...but I am back!
