Does anybody suffer from SAD, or seasonal adjustment disorder. After today i dont doubt for one second that i do. The drab, damp, wet, cold day totally depressed me. Woke up and it was raining, left for work and it was raining, came home from work and guess what it was raining and as i get ready for bed tonight surprisingly enough the bloody rain is beating off the windows. Its enough to drive a man or a woman for that matter to drink. I got so bad today i started laughing out loud at myself about how annoyed, depressed and pissed off i was.
Somewhat amazingly i immediately felt better for doing so but my work mates were looking kind of strangely at me after my outburst
For those of you that suffer from this infliction i feel your pain and for those of you that dont take into consideration those who do!!
Comments welcome!!!!
