Farm Life

Just got back from a party at my friend's farm. Awesome party, awesome So close to the cycle of life and death u can smell it and all...yeah, that's how it is...sometimes life is good, and when it's good, you wish it could just stay that way...I just walk around these days like I've been hit in the mouth--standing knockout...cuz the guy I really want isn't here and no one can replace him. If you've ever been in that position, when you think you've found your one great true love, but all you can see is the sunset in the morning...yeah, I meant what I just said... and you find yourself lonely, cold and shivering over a cup of black Joe in the light that you wish could just shrivel ya up and make it be over...of course at the same time you have a deep down hope...that you might live forever...cuz you might taste it might walk back into your life and be worth the wait...well that's how I feel. Every thought just seems to deadend some place at his feet...Time will teach you lessons...things you never wanted to know about yourself sometimes...and sometimes, I feel like I'm just writing down the stuff that Raymond Chandler forgot to burn.

I came back tonight with some great stories about farmers and stuff...wait for the book and corresponding movie, cuz they are too funny not to write about. What the hell is the name of the guy who played Roseanne's husband on the show? We definitely need him to be in the movie...what the hell is his name and why can't I remember? Anyone?

Yeah... Heartache. Helps define the life it belongs to doesn't it. But then, whatever doesn't kill you only makes you stronger! I'm learning to embrace mine...
