Random bantering.

I had an epiphany today, people seem to talk to me more now that I have a picture on my profile. Do my looks truely matter that much?

obcine conversations, and heartless flattery get you no where in my book. Intelligence plays a key role in gaining my intreigue.

Is it truely THAT intimidating that a woman would have a brain, rather than being simply breasts and a wet hole?.

I have had far too much go on in my life to truely care whether or not I am "attractive" to another person. Because quite frankly , I don't care...

In my opinion, men are a dime a dozen. It is the good ones that seem to be that lost lucky coin. I had one once you know, my roommate- and now best friend.

I thought we had something good, but trust me- a relationship based on pure logic does NOT work. In the end, I fell for him and didn't receive the same courtesy from him. We couldn't make it through after living with one another.

Perhapse it is because I am too god-damned clingey? Or that he felt obligated to stay at home- when quite on the contrary I enjoy my time alone. I like to think about things, and the way life is. What makes things tick, and the meaning for life.

I suppose things like that don't matter now, and why I am emptying my soul onto this blog I will never know.

Just know this, if you are looking for just a wet hole, you will not find it here....

Humans are visual animals, they respond better to pictures. Men are shallow animals, and will leap at a good looking girl without even trying to get to know her. If you are looking for a serious relationship that is built on more than looks, remove your picture from your profile. Of course it may take alot longer to find that special someone that way.

Good Luck, and welcome to Blogland

Well... It is a scientificly proven fact that men tend to be visually stimulated, as opposed to women who tend to be aurally (talk, listen, emotionally tied to sounds or speech) fixated. So, sad as this may sound, yes for men looks matter. Generally guys... dont go flamin me out here...

That generally, us guys - again just generally - tend to be crass and uncouth is likely a product of nurture vs nature... Thats what boys do. They learn it from their fathers... And thats what men perpetuate. Try hanging out in a mens room at the local strip club and listen to the comments sometime... Accept it as a sad fact of the universe... Men are assholes. Sorry...

Clingy... well. Sometimes that just doesn't go too far with guys. We're "hunter-gatherers". We pack together and eat raw meat at *hewturs*. Being stuck at the "den" with the momma lion and cubs just doesn't get us fired up to go chase down antelopes and such...

But here's the rub... if you don't try to hang on... to cling as it were, you run the risk of having your man roam farther afield, looking for someone who'll act like they need the man to take care of them. It's a delicate ballance, this cling thing.

You'll get the hang of it I'm sure. Hell, your young, intelligent and gorgeous. Keep at it. You'll get to that place you want to be soon enough. And when you do, you'll look back and say "damn that was easy"

Oh, and keep blogging. Everyone else be damned. This blog is yours and more important... it's YOU! I personally wouldn't have you change for all King Solomon's mines!

Hugs!

My wife is really hot, and built, but if she were a not able to
keep up in a conversation, or form full sentences, it would have
been a pass for me.....the body was only a bonus for me........

I think having a picture just gives something a little more REAL for a guy to want. It sounds a bit chauvanistic, I suppose, but it's the truth. I can say I'm a body builder and not have a picture, and it's hard to believe. Add one, be it me or someone else (someone else using this example), and now a woman has something to see. Naturally, being the internet, there's no way of telling if a person is who they really say they are even WITH a picture, but at the very least it's a little more something. Either way, it adds a little more interest than just some words on a website.
