Why No One Under 40 Years Need Apply

You've lived what 28 years and you know it all? How very fortunate for you. But I have been there and done that. I find your certainty amusing. Good luck with it! By 35 years, you will have changed - somewhat. Some of that cetainty will have given way to the demands of reality. How much will depend upon how many times life has run you over. Work, taxes, marriage or not, kids or not - hey, life goes ever on. Now you are 40. Congratulations. Now comes the time when people you knew from your childhood begin passing away. Aunts, uncles, parents, grandparents. It is beginning to be just you now. How's your marriage? How are the kids? How's the career coming along? Yeah. Life has not only run you over but has backed up and done it again. Those precious illusions are looking a bit tarnished now. It may have taken a few kicks to the head but you also know that you aren't God's gift to women and that simply having a pretty penis and gobs of stamina does not make you a great lover. Now you actually think first; which means you m ay be ready for me.

I don't think anyone ever truly knows it all, as life is an ever evolving process. Situations change. Circumstances change. Life happens.

That said, I haven't set myself up for failure.

No kids. No marriage. Self sufficient and single.

No one depends on me for their sustainment.

I can't change how I am perceived, nor do I care to.

You will think what you want, regardless.

I have no idea how much life's harshness has stained your soul, but you are assuming alot about me.

On the strength of a few posts you've already decided.

It makes me wonder about your trauma.

A few posts?? No there's also your profile and my years of experience working with, living with, and loving men of all kinds, ages, and degrees. You have said that 1. you are possessive, 2. you are judgemental, and 3. you are illogical. Thank you for proving my point. *VEG*

Now that is such a true statement, I distictly remember knowing everything when I was 21...and now I am pretty sure that all the things I knew when I was that age were wrong...good to know I lived this long...thanks
