Well it's 2.25am and the strange noises have started

Yep it's the early hours of sunday morning.
I'm sat at my desk typing and surfing because I know if I try to go to bed the fact that I've had a late night snack will give me disturbing dreams.
The standard disturbing dream is where I am lying helpless whilst persons unknown and unseen smother me with a pillow. Hmmm....not nice.

Outside the drunks are attempting to make their way home from local clubs and pubs. The air is filled with weird screams and shreeks whilst the traffic trundles past my door, loud and as constant as in the daytime.
The city never F**!@in sleeps!
I've just glanced out the window.....it's like a scene from Dawn of the Dead.

OK, I'm off to the kitchen. I feel a pancake coming on......or maybe a few drop scones....
I think this is going to be a long night.

Don't ever give up searching for the fun in life.

My disturbing dream is falling...usually rolling down a very steep hill...I still have my doubts about the eating before bed sayings though

Ohhhh falling, that's worse than being smothered. There are some who belived there's some significance in the type of recurring dreams we experience. Not so sure myself but its an interesting concept.
I'm sure in my case that the strange dream is just my body's way of telling me that I shouldn't be eating fatty food straight before bed. Bad for the digestion.....fat goes straight to the arteries.
