OMG...WHAT a DAY I'm Having...

WELL.... It's already been one of "those"! I started off being 45 minutes late to my first job this morning because for some reason my alarm decided not to go off. It was even set at the right time and the volume was up....go figure! Well, then I take gramps to church and decide I'm going to steam clean the carpet in my room today. So I get started and my kids come running upstairs screaming because my new kitten is just making this weird yelping sound. I run downstairs to see what's wrong and find the kitty on the kitchen counter scared to death because she can't get down. I haven't the slightest clue how she got up there in the first place. Soooo, I go back up to my room to continue to clean and the hubby drives up. He goes upstairs and wants to go to sleep so I stop cleaning...again! I then have to go pick up gramps from church. Everything is fine when I get first! Well, we go pick up some lunch ina drive- thru and on the way home he starts to tell me that he's been seeing shadow people and small children playing in his room while he's watching t.v. I asked him if he's sure he's not dreaming and he said "no I'm wide awake." he said it wasn't my kids he sees either. Then he proceeds to tell me that he's been seeing trees and a garden growing out of the walls in the room. I'm sitting there in disbelief. Then I ask a few questions about his medications and how he's been sleeping lately. I asked how long he's been seeing things and he said since last year when we moved into that house. Well, I do believe in ghosts, shadow people and demons, but don't really know how to handle his situation. I've never seen anything happen in any other part of the house so I'm seriously thinking he's starting to loose his mind. He is 93 years old and really doesn't do anything accept watch t.v. DOes anyone know if there is a disease caused by age that would cause hallucinations? I'd appreciate any info anyone may have. Then, just to top off the day, I forgot to put gas in the truck before I left for work and ran out of gas about 50 feet from my job!! I had to walk in my full work uniform to the gas station to get gas in 105 degree heat. The gas station didn't sell gas cans. So I had to hike over to Wal-Mart and buy one then walk back to the gas station to fill it. I walk back to the truck, go to pour the gas in the tank and it spills on me!! I didn't have the lid on tight enough and it spilled on my hands and the sleeve of my uniform!! UGHH!! I smell like gasoline!! Well, I'm now sitting inthe office here at work writing this and trying to cool! What a day!!
