12 STEP PROGRAM FOR WEB ADDICTS ..........

1.I WILL HAVE a cup of coffee and read the newspaper like i use to before the web.
2.i will eat breakfast with a knife and fork,and not with one hand typing.
3.i will get dressed before noon.
4.i will make a attemp to clean house, wash clothes and plan dinner,before using the computer.
5.i will write a letter to those unfortunate friends and family who are web deprived.
6. i will call someone on the phone who i cannot contact via the web.
7.i will read a book. ( I DIDNT LAST NIGHT).
8.I WILL LISTEN TO ALL OTHERS NEEDS AND NOT TELL THEM TO TURN DOWN THE TV.
9.I WILL NOT BE TEMPTED BY TV COMMERCIALS TO CHECK MY E-MAIL.
10.I WILL TRY TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE MORE OFTEN.( I DID TODAY)
11.TRY TO REMEMBER THE BANK IS NOT SO FORGIVING ,WHEN I FORGET TO BALANCE MY CHECK BOOK.
12.LAST BUT NOT LEAST,I WILL TRY TO GO TO BED AND REMEMBER THE WEB WILL BE THERE TOMORROW.........
..............LAST NIGHT I WAS FREAKED OUT OVER LOSING MY INTERNET,NOT AS BAD AS SOME TIMES IN THE PAST, BUT WHEN YOU CALL YOUR SON AND WANT HIS INTERNET PASSSWORD,,BABY YOUVE GOT A PROBLEM, SO IM GONNA TRY TO NOT BE SO HOOKED THAT I DO THAT AGAIN,,,,,,YA RIGHT KAT,,
