A little anxious

Seems like that's a little soft, maybe nervous is better. Tomorrow I go back to the surgeon for my eight week follow up and I hope to schedule my surgery on my neck to fix two ruptured disks. After what I went through with the surgery on my lower back it kind of scares me. But it needs to be done. The sooner the better. It's been two long, lonely, boring years. I'm ready to get on with life, but after the surgery I'll have another eight week recovery period. BLAH! But it 's getting closer, life, being able to do things (sex) again. WAH HOO!! I also worry about what kinds of... limitations I'll be put on and/or taken off. I'm going to a meet and greet next month (if I'm not in the hospital) (and able to drive/ride) (out of the hospital anyway) and I'm looking forward to that, LIFE. I'm really excited about joining the human race again. Getting a job. I'm still waiting on the settlement from the accident, or rather the court date has been delaid until I'm heeled for a monitory value to be arrived at. Mean while my credit goes to hell and I've used all of my retirement. But what the fuck that's the cards life has delt me. Well I'm getting a divorce so eventually life will be better. Not having that prude around my finger for one thing. Hey, then I can use my fingers for better things. Ok girls I'm waiting? Oh well all in good time, ehh. Well enough drival.

Today our ill-ustrious President decided we need to keep a long term force in Iraq. I can't understand what part of the peoples voice saying "get us out" he doesn't understand. Of course you have to have a brain to put one plus one together. Maybe he should at least tell the American people why. We need a fighting force over there to give Iran something to think about. I don't think he realizes how strongly bent on pride and duty these fanatics are, and us having forces there won't mean squat when Iran decides to cut lose.

I try to keep political views to myself. It's one of those things that can make enimies real quick. But I've had about all I can stand with our government not listening to the people or at least having the decency to tell the truth. So enough of that too.

Spring jumped in enough to make everybody get excited and then mother nature stepped up and reminded everyone who's in charge. And I was thinking of opening up my pool so it would be ready for the first real warm weather. Oh well, guess that gets put on the back burner a little longer.

Hope your appointment goes well! Back surgery is a long recovery period, isn't it?
