Cheating, Why?

I am an avid reader of Play... ( a mens Mag) magazine. This month there is are survey results for why people cheat. I fould these stats to be very interesting and the research methodology was well done. I dont know that I agree with everything that was stated as I feel that many numbers were understated.
I find it interesting as to why people cheat. I cant find anyother reason except for the sex. I cant understand cheating for emotional help. But maybe that happens.
I just thought that the survey was interesting and well done.

Keep smiling!

Like you said, the numbers are understated. I mean, how many of these people are in open marriages? Is that still cheating? And how many of these people are in relationships where their partner is unable to have sex? There is alot of questions that have to be looked at to get a concise report to come to a conclusion! But, is there ever a concise conclusion to why people cheat? Who knows!!! I sure don't. So, I am with you.....spoons and smiles!!

I did watch a documentary on why people cheat on TLC.

From what I had seen on the show, they say people cheat for a few different reason. I guess some cheat because of a sexual problem such as being addicted to sex, to seek out emotional gain and confidence and attention. Some men and women(from what hear)don't actually follow through with the act, just the fact that they know they could get someone in the sack is good enough for them. I think it might be a mental disorder, lol. But, then again is it not a mental disorder of some sort? In some situation's?
I really don't understand it. Needless to say, I'm with you!
