what makes us different ?

Its another grey day in Maine.Ive got nothing better to do but think odd thoughts. I am wondering what makes those of us on AdultFriendFinder different from whatever society would call normal. We are all here looking for ostensibly the same thing..Sex. Some of us are looking for Love here, or that perfect combination of love and lust, while some of us are looking for excitement not found in our current lives. Some are looking for a cure for lonelyness. A former freind with bennies once justified our feelings by saying that sex was different for us, but she never explained further... For me I guess that it is a celebration of living. I feel most alive when I hold a willing lover in my arms, when we share our bodies in the ultimate recognition of each others humanity....Some cultures are more accepting of this kind of thought than others. wouldnt it be nice to be able to live like that openly? please forgive any gross generelizatons, and the fact that i cant seem to spell on this site

did she mean it was different for you because you liked it so much; that you liked sex more than other people?

and yes, that alive feeling, nothing like it.

now that the rain is gone, the winds are kicking up, and i am taking a lunch break, back here...helppppp

well my take on it was that it was more than liking sex more than other people. That it fullfilled a need both physical and spritual that we felt more than others. A need so great that we could satisfy it outside of convention, with no demands of each other besides mutual lust. Its easy when your 18 to do that, harder when your 35 and have real lives.

so you need rescuing?;D

I think I'm just sad these days. Last night I was thinking that I have no idea what I want, other than to not be hurt anymore. I don't think anonymous sex is the answer though, pleasurable as it may be in the moment. I hope to figure it out. Writing about it and getting it out of my head, helps.

well I have always felt that the solution to that kind of feeling is something that we have to work out with ourselves. Other people can help but not provide a cure. Dont forget that every moment is a chance for something spectacular to happen in our lives and those moment almost always come unlooked for.
Hope this didnt sound preachy, wasnt meant that way
