I am looking out of the window.
A huge dog is pulling a lady.
The lady is wearing blue,
a blue dress, quite expensive,
and her sunglasses reflect
a blue hue onto her brown eyes.
The dog is brown,
strong, panting in the heat.
Difference: difference in color.
The lady should be wearing
a brown dress or
she should have painted the dog blue,
or, at least, she should have
found a blue dog.
Then there would not be
such a difference.

The difference forms in the eyes of the beholder rather than the beheld.

Because, sometimes life is avant-guard, papy!

Amber, I guess the person sometimes thinks of the dog
as an accessory but I am willing to bet that some pets
think the same of humans. In any case, the poem is
an avand-guard view of stylistic life.
