oh what a life

oh what a life about me. Can I count the days that i want to cry because so much drama is going on. Being a single mom of three going through a divorce and going through school full time is enough to drive a person up one side of the wall and down the other. Someone help me figure all this out.

Just know that everything happens for a reason. You might not know it right now, but soon it will be revealed.
That which does not kill you, makes you stronger.
So keep your head up and be an example to your little ones of how to handle adversity when it comes into your life.

You'll be just fine. This too shall pass.

Well you have to just take one day at a time and feel good about yourself. My life has been full of drama over the years and finally it's starting to subside.Sometimes yu just have to change things about you like friends and go on and forget the bad things that happen!

Hang in there. I peer counsel many women going through all sorts of things, including domestic violence. Don't set your sights on the present or the past to get you through these times; instead, focus on the future. What is it that you want most for you and the children? Where do you see yourself in the next five years? What is it going to take for you to get there?

Think in positive strokes; life is too short for all the negative strokes. They hold no purpose other than just holding you back from achieving the things that you want to for yourself, and your children.

Take time to go to the parks with the kids, feed the ducks and geese, share some one-on-one time with each child as much as possible (even if it is just taking one of the children out to the garden to pick some vegetables or having one of them help you fold up the laundry).

If I could do single-mom time all over again, I wouldn't work so much so that I could spend much more one-on-one time; however, my daughter seems to have survived the life of being a child of a single parent for most of her life and is now 19 and moving on to great things. I am soooo very proud of her.

Looking forward to reading more blogs from you in the future....

TxRose
