Today Is Me Time

On my list of things to do today:

1. Stop at the local gym and get a membership, I live right across the street from a really good one AND they let you do month to month memberships, with my job thats a big plus, since I never know where I'm going to be.

2. Go to the beach, kick back and just read a book, I picked up The Davinci Code yesterday, not something I would normally probably have read but with all the hype it got my attention, anybody read it yet, and if so whats your opinion, but PLEASE don't tell me the ending.

3. Stop at the store to buy the stuff I need to make shrimp/scallop/spinach alfredo, been awhile since I made it. It's really good.

Have a great day people, I'm planning to.

Woo hoo! Hope you're having fun on your me-day off. With the kind of job you have with those hours, and the long drive, it must feel good.

Let me drive. I like the view

It's always good to be flexible and sometimes things turn out even better when you are!!!
I never made it to the gym, I can do that tomorrow, instead I ended up going and buying all the necessary equipment to go snorkeling, you know, mask, snorkel, fins, beach towel, beach chair. It was a blast, always wanted to go snorkeling but never tried it, so one fantasy now off my check list, can see I'll be spending alot of time at the beach now.

Scuba diving, jet skiing, parasailing and co-ed volleyball still left, but I'm working on it.

The guy at the scuba place said something about a few really good places to go snorkeling, think maybe Venice beach tomorrow.

Wasn't bad for my first time, actually it was GREAT, after you get use to breathing through a little tube. I also have a new respect for people on ventilators.

Nevertoo- sorry to hear you had such a HARD day at the office, not really but figured I'd do the sympathy thing anyway, teasing.
Cleavis- I REALLYYYYYY had a great time, wish I'd done it alot sooner.

I read the Davinci code, loved it and could not put it down. I remember being up until 3:30 in the morning just so I could finish it. I am so looking forward to the movie, but I am hoping I will not be disapointed as the movie never lives up to the book.

be sure that once you start you are in a quiet place and have a lot of time on your hands, cause you will be drawn into it as I was and will not want to put it down.

Thanks Scott, that was one of those other didn't get around to doing today things, reading the book, now that you tell me it was really good I just may have to start reading it tonight. Your right about the movie never living up to the book, was why I wanted to read the book first.

Niceguy- yep, now only 4 or 5 more to go, that doesn't include those sexual fantasys I have but thats entirely another story

Oh yeah, and forgot to mention, I got a killer sunburn on top of it but that was the only downside to the entire day, moving rather gingerly right now.

This one is for you!!!

Final Exhale

Gasping sighs and roaring release,
We wrote a song with our frenzy
Our last opus

Melding minds, you made me love you
Whether 'twas you or the idea of you
love you I did.

Sing! Sing! Sing me to heaven
While I writhe and explode for you only
Quivering pitch ebbs.

Roar! Demand! Order and command
Make me your slave and vessel.
I seize with rapture.

Snarling, screaming culmination
I want so much more, there's no end
To the wanting.

Our song is almost complete
You warble for me alone, Sing!
I'm filled with you.

Shudder and quake, and at last there's repose
Your voice soothes me and metes out mites,
Sharing bits of you with me.

we lie sated,and spooned,
our final exhale

I read the Davinci Code. Scott's right. You can't put it down. Hope you enjoy it!

P.S. Try putting some 100% aloe on that sunburn.

Eriedragon- thanks very much, was the first poem anybody has ever written about me, thanks. Told you why I may inspire lust in some I don't inspire words of poetry or those other fantasys.

Charlie- started reading it last night, was unbelievably tired so what I did read was very good but exhaustion took over.
Now to go out and buy some aloe

Ms. Heaven - I hope you enjoyed your day of fun in the sun. I myself am a big fan of snorkeling and scuba diving. It's a whole different world under the water. I hope the aloe helps soothe your burning skin. I've been tempted to send you an email, however I've been reading several of the TASA posts and it seems like it may be meaningless endeavor. So I will simply browse through your blogs, and I hope I catch your attention in that manner, as you have surely caught mine.

Lawman Chris- now thats a unique approach, you managed to get my attention right away.

Goddess- had a GREAT day, actually 2 in a row, but kinda paying for it now, that sunburn is starting to itch like crazy. Was thinking about doing it again since I'm off for 3 days now but not so sure. Maybe if I wear a tshirt.
