A Respite from a Noisy Life

I began a chat today with an expatriate Englishman who told me that he had read a 500 page thesis written by a woman he knows about AdultFriendFinder. He said the paper was a bit scary to read but added that the woman's supervising professor joined AdultFriendFinder after he read her work. I laughed but truly it inspired some thoughts.

This site is such a noisy place for me, full of clamor and demands and expectations. It seems to bring out the worst, animalistic, almost barbaric side of people, and yet: I have met many dear lovers and friends, as well. It has its chat room communities that can be immensely entertaining and dramatic, or boring, arcane; predictable in their public boorishness. In the end, this site is a fascinating cultural phenomenon.

I have enjoyed, immensely, the blog section since creating this profile on August 24th. Some stats: since that date, I have had 4323 hits on my page and over 350 emails. Many if not nearly all of those emails came from people who did not scroll down my page to find my blog link. If they had but looked past the admittedly flamboyant profile picture, they would have gotten an even better eyeful.

I'm taking a hiatus to quiet my mind...not from my blog but from my image. Look for me here.

I read your entire blog this morning and found that even in your most mundane posts, you reek of sensuality! Very enjoyable and arousing to read.
