Slowly Fading

Well, the computer I am using is slowlyfading. Today I had the truly dreaded "Operating System Not Found" message display when the notebook came out of suspend. I can handle a blue screen of death, but I figure the computer was dead once that one came up. I got fortunate and rebooted and it found the Win XPpro.

Then at exactly 2pm, the wifi went out. Not good since that is what I use all the time for my connection. In fact there will be no writing in bars till I get a new computer or a wifi card, which I really do not want to get.

So, I spent the afternoon downloading all my data to a desktop computer. It is old, but it is reliable, and it has more than enough space for the D/L. My home network got a workout.

Now I have the computer, screen starting to seriously fade, cat5 into the LAN, what a mess, wires everywhere. But it does get onto the internet.

Isn't it interesting, as this computer is fading, my interest in the AdultFriendFinder blogs is fading too. I guess it is because I am more into my new blogging site, and its development. I know that certainly works more reliably than AdultFriendFinder, and the fading functionality of AdultFriendFinder is just as bad as my current computer.

Hey, anyone have a loaded notebook, new, I could have? Seriously... actually, just kidding. So I fade from view on AdultFriendFinder too...
