Tell the G.D truth!!!

What's the deal with the ladies lately?

New Year's was a blast for me. I ended up going to a club, paying 50 bucks for me and my husband to get in, and then getting all the free drinks I wanted. The cover was 25 with all you can drink.

I had about 9 Long Island's and handled them well. Once I left there and went to a friends' house, I had 4 screw drivers...which sent me into my limit. I was so drunk I could barely read the screen when singing Karaoke....

But one thing bugs me. That night, while in the club...I tried to talk to several women. All who at first seemed open to the idea of getting it on with a girl...and then froze up once I asked them for their number.

Now...I don't have a problem with people turning me down. If that's not your kind of problem. I don't care if you tell me no. But if you lie to me and TELL me it is, and then back away...that pisses me off. There was a set of girls who were talking to some guy friends of mine, telling them they were bi and this and that. Mostly trying to get the guys to take them home I suppose or trying to look good. But, they made it known they like women. So, when they stood in line behind me for the bathroom, I asked them if they were really bi. They laughed and said no, that they use that line to get guys to buy them drinks, give them drugs, or take them home for a one night stand. They then told me that they thought it was gross to be bi and started making fun of a slightly TOM boyish girl sitting across the room with her arm around another girl.

I went off. I informed them that I WAS bi and that I didn't think it was very cool to make fun of us for being bi. I called them shit fuckers and cunt whores and loudly announced to those who were nearby that they were posers.

Don't fucking lie about your "status" It's one thing to be "experimental" and be shy. But it's another thing completely to lie about what you like just to get stuff.

I'm still pissed off about it.

That is definately fucked up! I would definately be pissed about it too!

We have posers everywhere I suppose. I see young women/teenage girls at work who hold hands and touch each other like they are bi/lebsian, which some probably are, but I know the majority do it just to see how much attention they will get from guys.

Glad you had an otherwise fun time for new years!!!

I'm leaving the site end of March. To those who want to keep in touch, see blog for details.

I can understand why you would be upset. It's false advertising! So how should a girl then tell you they were "just curious"? Do you still take it as rejection, or is that a totally different branch?

Mandy, I agree with you. I used to spend some time in a "gay bar." I am straight and got approached several times. I took it as a compliment, but had to tell the guys that I wasn't interested and was there to see friends. I bought most of them a drink to thank them for the compliment, but I can't stand people that lie about something like that to try to fit someone else's image.

Pissed off??? We couldn't tell.

And, oh by the way, you could drink me under the table...unless the club was watering down those drinks. I mean 9 long island ice teas...where I'm from I think I'd be legally dead drinking that many.

'Posing bi' women picking up's must be like shooting fish in a barrel! *sigh* It sucks being a slave to women.(*grin*)

You are right Mandy - it's one of the worst misrepresentations that someone can make when they lie about being something they aren't.

the art of manipulation they call it! Women know how to use it, and use people to get what they want regardless. Thats self service for ya.

I'll try to keep this short.

Item one: I'm definitly linking to your blog! (once I figure out how)

Item B: The kind of behavior you're refering to has been rampant for YEARS. The big difference is that with the success of such things as "Girls Gone Wild", feigning bisexuality for male attention has become accepted behavior.

By which I mean it is accepted by a larger proportion of the FEMALE population.

So it puts women like you into a serious Catch-22. The same instruments that have made it somewhat easier to be an openly bisexual woman over the passt 10 years or so, are the EXACT same instruments that have taught c*#ts like those to act the way they did.

That, and the fact that they obviously can't hold they're liquor as well as you.

Try not to dwell on it too much. Just remember all that they're missing. If they're too stupid to realize that they pissed away an opportunity for a REAL orgasm .... that THEIR problem, not yours.

Hindsight is 20/20, but if you're ever in that situation again: I'd let them spew their venom on the homely girl. And then, while still in line with them? Tell 'em that you've been with both the guys they were after and the girls they were teasing, and the girls were MUCH better.

After that, they have nowhere to turn. The bitches.

Great blog! Where do you get the pics? I almost had to undo my fly when I first got here!

My, how things have changed. *Old lady voice* Back in my day, missy, we told the guys we were lesbians to get them to leave us the hell alone! We never lied to get a guy into bed, or get drinks or get drugs. As a matter of fact, if some grotesque guy tried to buy us drinks, we sent them back. We were liberated young women, perfectly capable of buying our own drinks. The only ones I'd allow to buy drinks for me were bikers, mostly Hell's Angels, who would let me know in advance, they didn't want to take me to bed, they just thought I was cute and wanted to buy a drink for a cute girl who exuded class. Perhaps it was the generation, or maybe the fact it was mostly Manhattan. But back then, bikers, including the Hell's Angels, had far more manners than the preppy crowd. Then again, the preppy crowd only showed because they got sick of waiting on the line to get into Studio 54 and decided to check out real clubs instead.

To play such games suggests to me that they are too superficial to be in touch with their own sexuality. You have outgrown them and they are simply not worth investing any of your valuable emotional energy.

You have the knowledge of being true to yourself - that's to your credit.

They don't - that's to their loss.
