Insomnia

If I really wanted to get back at someone, I'd curse them with insomnia. Very few sensations match the feeling of not being able to sleep. I've been hungry, wet, cold, hot and even exhausted but nothing compares to insomnia. What makes it worse is I suddenly get tired when the sun rises. I still eat garlic, so I know I'm not a vampire. Maybe my pineal gland is all jacked up. Common advice is go to the doctor and get a prescription for sleep aids. That's a short term fix. OTC sleep aids are nothing more than benadryl or another antihistamine. Warm milk, hot bath, reading, boring tv..nothing works. What really bites is I wasn't always like this. There was a time when I could sleep at any time in any position. Even with my eyes open. I was scared I had narcolepsy...no fear of that now. What about great sex helping with sleep? Not me, I'd drop from exhaustion and still not be able to sleep. Believe me, I tried that. The least little noise rouses me from deep sleep and then I'm wide awake. Souvenir from my last field trip I guess. Now a cuddle buddy sounds promising. Someone to just sleep next to. Everyone sleeps better next to someone, right? The first hurdle to overcome would be the sexual urges. I mean, who the hell would want to sleep next to someone they don't find attractive? Once you overcome that, sleeping should be easy. Just find a dry spot and snooze away. I'd even sleep in the wet spot, after all I'd like to think I played a big part in the creation of it. Now I just need to find a neglected nymphette that would be willing to trade great sex for someone sleeping next to them....or just buy more benadryl and nyquil. What about a nymphette with benadryl or nyquil? Interesting

You are telling me, I have the same problem. Bad nerves. My Doctor has mea taking an amazing amount of xanax and that doesn't even do anything. It sucks!
