This is much better....Does the end Justify the means?

Cause no unnecessary harm....

The end justifies the means....

Two odd concepts. which is right? are both right? are both wrong?

Causing no unnecessary harm is the ideal that one lives their life without the intent to cause undo or uninvited harm. So that is either a wide open view or a closed shut view depending on how you look at it. Me, I think real hard about why I am going to do something that might cause someone intentional, unintentional harm or discomfort. It really has nothing to do with sex. It has a deeper meaning. Breaking it down to the most simple form. Why do I choose to stomp on a bug as it harmlessly crosses before me. That's pretty dam basic and I am not going to elaborate in any more detail than that as it is just to much of a bother.

Does the end justify the means..A debate that has gone on forever. Some think the end results are so important that the way we go about getting there is not that important. While others feel that how we go about reaching our desired end is critical and cannot be minimized or excused.

Why did I write that? I think my last blog left me somewhat dazed and confused. There is so much I want to explore...so much of me I have yet to learn...A desire to have some parts of my life as it was before(in the sex department) but it has had some binds put on it that I am constantly trying to break out of. But what is the price I am willing to make someone else pay for that? I won't be paying the tole. I may suffer the consequences but I won't be the one who pays the price.

So what to do, what to do....test the water first, then maybe dive in or perhaps not. Put the breaks on and wait for all to catch up. I choose not to lock the door behind me but perhaps keep it open just a crack. Untill all is good. Enjoy

Leaving the door cracked just a bit is always good to allow fresh air to slip in... some would call that a draft... I just call it a cracked open door... But out of personal experience... make sure you have a screen door... fur them flys would otherwise fill your house

I always get lost in abstract discussions so I make them concrete with examples. The end does justify the means sometimes; for example while killing is wrong, if I could have killed Hitler even at the cost of my own life I think it would be a good death as it would have saved much suffering of countless innocents. So if the benefits are great enough I would do lots of illegal things if pressed and certain of the importance of the result. As for doing no harm, I try not to unnecessarily inflict pain; some people deserve some pain and I try to mete out an appropriate amount in my legal work so my clients may get just compensation.
