AH! Saturday and a much needed day off, my brain was starting to hurt... Feels like winter is in the air. This is the time of year where I start to fiend for snow. Snowboarding is one of my passions. I've been riding for 16 years. I started riding at Brighton Utah when it was the only 'resort' that allowed snowboarders. I can remember my first board, a Burton with a fin tail and bolt on edges, ah nostalgia. heh Anyway's I am curious to see what it's like here, people keep telling me that I'll be disappointed, especially after growing up riding in Utah and then living and riding in Colorado the last 8 years. I am excited to check out Mt. Baker! In CO i'd always hear stories of Baker and all it's glorious snow, world renown for the most part. Last year was pathetic, there was no snow here. WTF? I'm contemplating buying a seasons at Snoqualmi so I can go night riding after work. If I only had a buddy to make 'weird' looking snow angels with Have you heard any forecast predictions for this year?

Have not heard anything as of yet, but with the rain so early makes me think it'll be a wet/snowy winter. I've only been boarding a hand full of times just to crystal.

Been boarding for a few years, I learned in Aspen. But now I live in Korea, will try my luck at boarding here this winter, although I have heard horror stories of 2 hour+ lift lines...aaahhh
