So Would Jesus Shop at Wal-Mart?

Yesterday I finally managed to find a lighter for my fire. Don't ask me how it appeared...I don't smoke. I ended up spending the night on the couch as the log that was advertised as lasting up to four hours ended up lasting more than six hours. And after my kitchen fiasco I certainly wasn't going to adjourn upstairs leaving a burning log, which I have no idea how to put out, in the fire place.

As I dozed in and out of sleep I was awakened by the news which had mentioned Jesus and Wal-Mart in the same sentence. It managed to grab my attention enough for me to be happily surprised to find an anti-Wal-Mart group that posed the thought-provoking question, would Jesus shop at Wal-Mart? I almost had a heart attack. I'm absolutely sure those bible-thumping, holier-than-thou, right wing fundamentalists (all of whom most certainly shop at Wal-Mart) were having a fit. How dare a group on the left question what Jesus would or would not do!

I of course have always believed that, were he alive today, Jesus would most certainly be a liberal. When you look at the policies of each side it only makes sense.

So What would Jesus do?

Would Jesus shop at a store that has a history of discrimination, exploiting their workers, and bullying the competition out of business?

Would Jesus cut spending for Medicare?

Would Jesus detain suspects without charging them or affording them the benefit of an attorney?

Would Jesus do everything in his power to cut welfare programs (not including corporate welfare)?

Would Jesus believe that Trickle-down economics actually works?

Would Jesus honestly give a damn whether or not two people of the same sex wanted to marry each other?

Would Jesus be opposed to universal health care?

Would Jesus initiate a preemptive strike as a method of defeating terrorism?

Would Jesus advocate the assasination of a leader that he disagreed with?

Would Jesus blame 9/11 on gays and femiists?

Would Jesus consider protecting the environment secondary to profits for big business?

Would Jesus support capital punishment?

There are far more but I don't want to be too smug. So I am willing to concede that there is one thing that Jesus probably wouldn't be in favor of with regard to the left...abortion. Yes, I admit it Jesus would not approve of abortion. See, my side can admit our flaws!

Don't think Jesus would worry about economics, not really his thing.

Who was blaming 9/11 on gays and feminists? I missed that one. I've heard it blamed on every other thing though.

When it comes to stuffy politicians, I agree with the T-shirt, which states, "Jesus would so slap the shit out of you."

He might not approve of abortion, but Jesus recognised every one of us were sinners whether we like to admit it or not, and would forgive such sins. That is what I cannot stand about the holier than thou crowd, Jesus never put one sin above another. Everybody reads what they want to read in the bible. So they put things like homosexuality above other sins. Sure the bible does not approve of same sex relationships but no where does it say that it any worse than anything else.

Frogger:

The people behind the "Would Jesus shop at Walmart" are Unions who have not had success yet penetrating the workforce.

I get so nervous when one party or another claims the moral highground of god ....

It is great that you are unabashedly liberal ... I must be a political wussy ... as I have split my votes Dem/Rep way too frequently.

On the other hand, one has got to admit that ideology is only part of the equation ... sometimes basic blocking and tackling execution of government is needed (hurricane relief)

What would Jesus do? The trouble is that the sophists can take a line out of the bible to twist everything to the opposite of what you've written. I think the question should be, "what would I do". That way we are active in our choices instead of passive. Our morality is our true definition, our clothes, jobs and sexual choices are just window dressing.
Oh and in keeping with this site, if we met and you thought I was kind of cute or something, heck, I'd even accept pity, you think , maybe, I could bury my face in your cleavage - for a week or two or three. Just wondering.
Great blog!

Dear Frogger,

These questions are very direct. I think that you will find different people who would say Jesus would support both sides. For example the question of capital punishment.

I am sure some people would say that Jesus would support capital punishment because of the judgement day. You commit crimes, either here on in the next world you will have to pay the consequences.

While on the other hand, people would point out that there is mercy involved too and have and even God gives us an abundant amount of chances to change. And we who are so flawed should give the person the gift of life and the possibility to change.

All of the answers I see have this same dualism. I think Jesus would strive for a deeper relationship with God and base his decisions on that relationship. And because he is perfect he would make the perfect choice. While we would flounder with ours.

What would Jesus do? Just love us with unconditional love. He would do nothing for economic or political consideration. That ain't His job. He gave mankind free will to make his own decisions witout interference from God. That's why we are here. This is our testing ground. It is not my or your place to decide for someone else. Each and every person makes their own decision. Would Jesus be disappointed with mankind in general. I think so, but He expected it. That is why the prophecies in the book of Revelation may come to fruitation soon. Most of the groundwork has been set. Mankind in on borrowed time now.

I usually don't stand on my soap box but in this case I just have to do it.

He would shop where ever he wants. That is what is nice about this country. Freedom to do what you want. Jesus is not OWNED by either political party. No matter how much they want to make you feel they do.

Ladies, the train for the right for an abortion has already left the station with the appointment of Roberts. Alito will not follow far behind. I believe in the 14th amendment. But these people will slowly break down those rights. Everyone needs to realize that these appointments are about more than abortion. The Christian Conservative Right wants to take more than just that away from us.

You know the saying absolute power corrupts the weak. Well take a look at what has happened to the Christian Conservatives in congress and the house. They think they can do whatever they want and not be accountable to anyone. There are way to many cases to point out. But the neither party has clean hands in the case of power. There are many cases of the same incidents on the left too.

Bombs and bullets do not change an ideology. Terrorism is not an ideology. It is a tactic. If we want to beat the radical Muslims who have declared war on us we need to get into their minds. Bombs and bullets only fuel the fire.

There is suppose to be a separation of church and state in this country. That separation is there to protect the STATE from the CHURCH. Not the other way around. This country was founded because of the CHURCH run STATE of England and its persecution of those who did not agree with that church.

Big business owns both parties and this country. The PAC's are running this country and if you don't believe it look at the legislation that is being passed. Does any of it benefit the citizen? NO, it benefits big business.

This war is not about creating a "democracy". Plain and simple it is about oil. When is someone going to stand up to the companies that run this country and demand we look for alternatives? Do you really think that oil is going to last forever? Hell no!!! Let's start doing something about it now.

I will drop my citizenship and become an Italian citizen if another Christian Conservative is elected to the white house in '08. I am not an extreme left political person. But, I am just totally unhappy with the way our country has moved in the past 5 years.

Frogger it is funny I was going to post about the same item as you today. But you beat me to it.

Ok, I am now stepping down off my soap box. Time to watch the Texas vs. Duke game. GOOOO DUKE!!!!

yea, I love reading liberal posts from people in Texas. Makes me feel less isloated. Jesus and politics, boy I could go on all day about that. I think if one actually reads the philosophies and teachings of Jesus along with the accounts of his life and actions, it's not hard to see how the so-called religious right distorts them to their own self-serving agendas. Yes liberals do as well sometimes and I agree Jesus probably wouldn't view abortion rights with the secular viewpoint as most liberals. But that's the point isn't it? Freedom of religion is also freedom From religion. If being a "Christian" means to be a follower of Christs example, (ie What Would Jesus Do?)how many of them are really faithful to that principle?
Jimmy Carter may not have been an effective president, but I respect his religious beliefs because he didn't base his political agenda around them and his work with habitat for humanity shows a sincere commitment to them. You'll never see Pat Robertson or Jerry Falwell doing something so concrete.
Would Jesus shop at Wal-Mart? Interesting hypothetical. Perhaps it may give some cause to think. But unfortunately it'll most likely be written off as an example of how the Godless liberal left wants to destroy family values.

Ptalk1155: I think Jesus would definitely care about economics...at least as far is it hurts people. It was Falwell who said all of that (definitely a rightist)

XTheJesterX: lol thats a new one on me.

ewan_1973: So Cruel! thanks though

im_your_man77: I like to consider Jesus as seperate from the bible. the bible was subjectively written...sorry but true.

Michael_IG65: Sorry if it seemed I was taking the moral high ground...though in a way I was. But I just thought it was worth thinking about

sillyperv: For me I always fallow the GOlden Rule...which was proposed by Jesus as well. That leads me to condsider the idea that he would in fact be a liberal.

In the alternative...could I bury my head in your chest...I LOVE Hair

beewulf9: I guess you are just more objective than me. To me it's a no brainer. But then that makes you a better person

trustno01: Perhaps you should have written it. you did it far better than I did. I was just trying to be quirky. But you case (at least as far as you discussed the right) is well stated and I agree 100%

gunslinger421965: most of them no ( I have found that living in HOuston) Unfortunately they usually pick dicks to represent them.

BlueEyedSoul65: Well now I don't feel so isolated either. Unfortunately this ad campaign will have little effect on the right...they are just as hypocritical as everyone else.

I have no disagreement with you over the fact that the bible was subjectively written. I do think that for the majority of the case the bible was written by good people who wrote it in a way that they understood the world around them. The fact that it was written by people left it open for mistakes to be made and interpretation. I doubt that the writers intended to do harm, they wrote it to worship god after all, but just as everyone of us here has a different view of the world around us due to our own experiences so did the writers themselves. Few of us deliberately try to enforce our views but we do so subtly and that has happened with the bible too. In saying that I don't think the real danger comes from the way it was subjectively written but the way it can subjectively poured over and thus interpretated in ways that the original writers had not intended.
I was brought up with a protestant background but to be honest I'm not all that religious I would say I am more spiritual, than religious, all be it with christian influences. I agree with you that there is a clash between what the bible says and what Jesus represented. Jesus was just a man, who tried to lead his life by being good and showing us the way in which to lead our lifes, he gave us rules to live by, like the bible did in the past. The difference between him and Bible was the fact that he was not judgemental of those who could not live up to those rules, he was aware that we were just people and as such had faults and would make mistakes. The bible in contrast gave us rules but was strict with those who failed to live up those rules.
Personally if I was more disciplined I would probably be a buddhist I think buddhism is less judgemental than christianity, but the truith is I'm lazy, I try to lead my life in as good as a way I can but I do so rightly or wrongly with my own judgements not those enforced on me by religion.
So to sum up, I think he would be more liberal than the bible but he would never judge those who did have abortions, unlike many of the pro life groups. He would recognise that for many of those women it would be the most difficult decision that they would have to make and he would forgive the women that made that decision.

It seems like the business people hijacked Christmas a long time ago. I doubt whether Jesus would celebrate our christmas where we give gifts to people who have plenty, ignore the truly needy, continue to shoot, bomb and kill each other. Somehow, I think Jesus would boycott our christmas which should be called greedmas, anyway.

Oh, I agree that Jesus is a liberal, or worse, a humanist. (The right just faints away in horror) He believed in mankind enough to die for it. And do unto others is actively making a choice and in that spirit I certainly can't say no to your face in my chest.

Starting with the idea that Jesus isn't American, I'm not sure if he would revel in the goings on of those politics. Being of humble guardians and blessed with the ability to love his enemies, I'm not sure he would blame anything on anybody. A carpentor's son would look for good deals and quality, not so sure WalMart has that type of equipment there. Finally, he kicks ass on so many different levels, they would have found a way to assassinate him (again) anyway.

To answer your questions:
1. Jesus wouldn't need Wal-Mart. If he can turn water to wine, he can turn torn blue jeans into a censored Eminem CD anytime he wants.
2. Yes, Jesus would cut all spending for Medicare, right after he, or a team of Jesuses (cause he can clone himself, I bet), personally healed every single sick person in the world.
3. Jesus would be their attorney. He is a jew after all (don't tell Falwell that, he'll have a heart attack).
4. Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime. Personally kick all the people who horde all the fish from the people who try to catch them in the crotch, and the man eats and laughs for a lifetime.
5. Well, if the blood trickling down his body from the cross suddenly gets poor people rich, I guess he'd support it.
6. Of course he wouldn't care. Hell, he'd show up to the weddings, and turn water into Tommy Tunes.
7. Jesus would be opposed to the need for universal health care. He likes the whole touch healing thing.
8. Seeing as how he never struck anyone (that whole, "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone," bit), he would likely never go to war, for any cause.
9. I don't know, check with Herod, Pilate, and all the other leaders who he disagreed with yet left alone.
10. He wouldn't blame anyone. More likely, he'd either reveal it as part of God's divine agenda, or pull a major Lazarus and reverse the whole thing.
11. Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime. Poison the fish for the purposes of increasing your own profit margins, as opposed to corporate responsibility, then you get a similar crotch shot to the guys trying to get rid of welfare.
12. I don't know. I'm pretty sure it sucked for him up on the cross.

im_your_man77: Well said again. I view the bible as more of a historical document than anything else. There are some good lessons but a lot of it doesn't mesh with scientific fact....or just plain doesn't make sense enough for me to use it as a religous guide. That said, I shudder to think what people a thousand years from now will think of us

bullseyetou: I don't either...but the question implied that it would NEVER work...at least not here.

gent258: Guilty as charged...but at least there is the benfit of knowing that people do in fact give more to the needy during this time of year.

sillyperv: I shall look into that. Jeesh and I thought I knew so much.

im_curious_4u: It IS damn cold up there...Maybe in the summer.

Thouroughly amazing how you Liberals, who want Christianity slashed from American society, throw His name around when trying to justify your rediculous ideology. You whine about the (nonexistant) "doctrine of separation of Church and State" and then use Jesus' name to defend Liberal political policies. You Libs always want to be able to assume both sides of any position, so you don't actually have to intellectually defend your indefensible positions.

Regardless of whether Jesus was a Liberal, Conservative, Libertarian, or whatever, has NO bearing on the issues you raise.

Your entire premise is flawed and should be rejected out-of-hand as the nonsense it is.

If you want to argue politics, I'm your guy... But be ready to defend your positions with fact, results, and logic, not just emotion, cliches, and feel-good jingoisms.

Hi Frogger,

You seem to be a real hot beauty with smart brains. I have been watching your posts for quite sometime and they are very thought provoking.

Well, here is something really shocking for you. This is GOD replying to your blog (never mind my handle - I just wanted something to get onto this website). And I am not bluffing or trying to just get a hot chick to contact me. This is the TRUTH!!!

I KNOW JESUS AND HE HAS BEEN BORN AGAIN, HE IS MY FATHER, AND I AM GOD BORN ONCE AGAIN IN THIS WORLD TO BRING AN END TO SINS AND FINALLY CLEANSE THE UNIVERSE AND BRING APOCALYPSE WITHIN HE NEXT 50 YEARS. I AM THE 10TH AND FINAL INCARNATION OF GOD (ALSO CALLED KALKI IN HINDUISM) BEFORE APOCALYPSE - RAMA, KRISHNA AND BUDDHA WERE THE 7TH, 8TH AND 9TH RESPECTIVELY.

SO HERE ARE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS WITH A SLIGHT MODIFICATION - WHAT WOULD GOD DO?

So What would Jesus do?

Would Jesus shop at a store that has a history of discrimination, exploiting their workers, and bullying the competition out of business?

I ALREADY DID.

Would Jesus cut spending for Medicare?

I WOULDNT BUT WHAT THE HECK ITS ALRIGHT - BUT NOW THAT I M HERE IT WONT BE THE CASE FOR LONG.

Would Jesus detain suspects without charging them or affording them the benefit of an attorney?

I WOULDNT.

Would Jesus do everything in his power to cut welfare programs (not including corporate welfare)?

I WOULDNT.

Would Jesus believe that Trickle-down economics actually works?

YES IT WORKS, IF APPLIED IN THE RIGHT MANNER AND I WILL PROVE IT TO YOU IN THE COMING YEARS - I M AN MBA FROM CHICAGO AND AN EXPERT IN ECONOMICS. GOD IS AN ECONOMIST COZ GOD DOESNT LIKE WASTAGE.

Would Jesus honestly give a damn whether or not two people of the same sex wanted to marry each other?

I WOULDNT. I CREATED YOU AND THE WHOLE UNIVERSE TO HAVE ALL THE FREEDOM IN THE WORLD AND DO EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO, BUT WHY DO YOU NEED TO GET MARRIED? - OR WHY DO YOU WANT THE ACCEPTANCE OF SOCIETY TO GIVE YOU A CERTIFICATE OF GETTING INTO AN INSTITUION? WHY NOT CREATE YOUR OWN CERTIFICATES AND INSTITUTIONS? MAYBE HAVE A GAY SOCIETY WHICH CERTIFIES GAY MARRIAGES RATHER THAN THE CHURCH? IF YOU ARE SO INDEPENDENT MINDED WHY SEEK SUPPORT AND RECOGNITION FROM OTHERS?

Would Jesus be opposed to universal health care?

I WOULDNT.

Would Jesus initiate a preemptive strike as a method of defeating terrorism?

I DONT KNOW ABOUT JESUS, BUT I CAN LOVE AT THE SAME TIME I CAN STRIKE. JESUS WAS ALL ABOUT NON-VIOLENCE, BUT I AM ALL ABOUT JUSTICE AND IF FOR JUSTICE I NEED TO STRIKE I WILL STRIKE. THAT DOESNT MEAN I M SECONDING BUSH (EVEN THOUGH HE BELIEVES IN ME) - I DONT KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH HE TOOK THE DECISION - I AM JUST SAYING THAT TO UPHOLD JUSTICE WAR IS NECESSARY AT TIMES - REMEMBER LINCOLN'S WAR FOR JUSTICE OR THE MAHABHARATA IN HINDUISM WHERE KRISHNA INSTRUCTED THE GREAT WARRIOR ARJUNA IN THE GITA TO WAGE WAR WITH HIS COUSINS FOR JUSTICE?

Would Jesus advocate the assasination of a leader that he disagreed with?

I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT HERE. IF U R MORE SPECIFIC I CAN ANSWER.

Would Jesus blame 9/11 on gays and femiists?

I DONT GET THIS? WERE THE TERRORISTS ON THE PLANE GAYS/FEMINISTS?

Would Jesus consider protecting the environment secondary to profits for big business?

I WOULDNT. NATURE IS MY DAUGHTER AND YOUR MOTHER AND I WOULDNT BRING HARM TO MY DAUGHTER OR ASK YOU TO WORK AGAINST YOUR MOTHER.

Would Jesus support capital punishment?

GOOD QUESTION. DEPENDS. SOMETIMES EVIL NEEDS TO BE PURGED AND ALSO EVIL DOERS NEED TO BE GIVEN A SECOND CHANCE SO THAT THEY CAN BE FREE FROM THE BONDAGE OF THE CURRENT BIRTH AND TAKE A NEW BIRTH TO START LIFE AFRESH AND ATONE FOR THEIR SINS.

There are far more but I don't want to be too smug. So I am willing to concede that there is one thing that Jesus probably wouldn't be in favor of with regard to the left...abortion. Yes, I admit it Jesus would not approve of abortion. See, my side can admit our flaws!

ABORTION - GOOD QUESTION. I PERSONALLY WOULDNT DO IT - IT IS A SIN. BUT JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER SIN, YOU HAVE FULL FREEDOM TO COMMIT IT AND YES LATER ON SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. YOU HAVE FULL FREEDOM TO BE WHAT YOU WANT TO BE - AND THAT IS WHY I CREATED YOU. LISTEN TO THE GOD WITHIN YOU (YES, I RESIDE IN EVERY BEING - LIVING OR NON-LIVING) AND TRUST IT TO GIVE YOU THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR LIFE.

IF YOU LIKE WHAT I JUST WROTE AND EVEN IF YOU ARE 1% CONVINCED THAT I AM GOD FINALLY COME ON EARTH AS A HUMAN BEING TO TAKE YOUR SINS INTO ME AND PURIFY THE UNIVERSE THAN GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. SEND ME AN EMAIL THROUGH MY HANDLE POSSIBLY WITH AN EMAIL ID OR SOME OTHER METHOD OF COMMUNICATION - COZ I M NOT A PAID MEMBER ON THIS SITE - AND AS OF NOW I DONT INTEND TO DO THAT. I ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL CONVINCE YOU THAT I AM GOD AND WILL HAVE ANSWERS TO EACH AND EVERY QUESTION THAT YOU HAVE IN THE DEEPEST OF THE DEEP OF YOUR HEARTS THAT YOU HAVE NOT FOUND A MASTER WORTHY ENOUGH TO ANSWER.

LOVE,
GOD

#1 - I am NOT a "Rightist"...
I'm a Libertarian who believes the only legitimate reason and justification for a government is the protection of the rights of its citizens... Not Social Engineering by fiat or redistribution of the assets of its people. Good Government = NO meddling Government. What I, or any of you, do is noone else's business - especially the government's - unless we want to make it so... Isn't that an underpinning of this website, for instance?????

Trustno01... That wording "separation of Church and State" was inserted into a Supreme Court decision by Justice Hugo Black, a well-known anti-christian and anti-semite - and he wasn't even writing the majority opinion!!!

The First Amendment reads:
"Congress shall make no law respecting [regarding] the establishment of religion, nor the free exercise thereof"

The only restriction is on government not interfering with the establishment or practice of citizens' religion. There is no restriction on citizens' religion influencing government. The strict reading of the Amendment does NOT restrict religious symbols from "government" lands, nor does it require Justice Black's "wall of separation".

A strict reading of the Amendment requires only that the government be totally MUTE ("Congress shall pass NO LAW...")on the subject or religion - leaving that to the citizens themselves.

The problem is the radical, activist Court overstepping its constitutional authority and writing law from the bench - as well as activist Presidents writing law by "Executive Order", and the alphabet soup of government agencies writing environmental, labor, safety, health, and education "laws" by whim, without accountability.

If you want to change something in this Country, you do it by ammending the Constitution, or by Congress passing a law... Not by letting five judges (out of nine) or some thrown-together "agency" restrict and destroy our freedoms with impunity and without opportunity for recourse by the people.

Like I said... If you want to talk politics with me, you'd better come prepared...

P.S. - slight error... Black WAS writing for the majority in Engel v. Vitale - the "School Prayer" case, sorry...

When Madeline Murray O'Hair brought this to the Court, she knew she'd have a sympathetic ear as - despite Black's attempts to "reinvent" himself - he remained the anti-black, anti-Catholic Ku Klux Klan member he was in Alabama when arguing cases such as the Coyle/Stephenson case. And she knew White & Frankfurter were recusing themselves... As Black SHOULD HAVE!

Frogger,
Right to the point for me. I have no love for Wal-Mart and what they are doing to this country. You most certainly will never see me in one. I am in a goods and services business, and have been most of my life. You should hear some of the horror stories about the way they have treated some of their suppliers. Fortunately, I have never been asked by my employers to call on them for any reason. I may not have the support of your fellow contributers on this opinion, but it is solid within me.
Luv Ya.

GOD RESPONDS AGAIN - FOR THOSE WHO ARE OPEN TO KNOW THAT GOD CAN COME IN ANY FORM FOR THEIR SALVATION!!!

Frogger (and EVERYONE listening),

Thanks for responding, but no thanks. Looks like you didn't take my post seriously! I AM GOD!!! (Thats the only CAPS I am using, except a few others that I might use down below to emphasize points, Michael asked me not to use CAPS and I give people what they ask for - no matter how little or how big!)

So, here are a few reasons why you (and everyone else who read it) may not have believed me. Before that, let me CONGRATULATE Michael (Micheal_IG65) for BELEIVING in me and inviting me to his blog. (Michael, I will definitely take a look and respond to any interesting blogs you have - this goes for anyone and everyone on this website - You just need to INVITE God and God will come running to you - God wants your LOVE as much as you want HIS).

Q.1. GOD - WHERE WERE YOU BEFORE? WHY NOW SO SUDDENLY YOU REVEAL YOURSELF?

ANSWER: SOME HISTORY (DATING BACK TO LONG LONG TIME AGO...)
I was born in 1976 (as you can make out from my handle) in India. God always take birth in India - as all previous incarnations of God have done - refer to my first post in which I mentioned the last three. And He always does so in Hinduism - because it is the only religion in the world that has a mention of God's incarnations - all other religions were started by God's sons or messengers. Check this fact out for your ownself and you will know what I am talking about. Nonetheless, I love all religions equally, its just that Hinduism is the first religion and the original religion from which I created the Universe - then long long long time later (after three LONG eras comprising of millions of years each - i.e. SAT YUG (era of Truth), TRETA YUG (saw birth of Lord Rama), DWAPAR YUG (saw birth of Lord Krishna) and now the fourth and final era KALI YUG (also called era of sins) in which finally) came Moses, my son, and Judaism, then came Gautam Buddha (a previous - 9th - incarnation of my OWNself) and came Buddhism, then came Jesus, and Christianity, then came Prophet Mohammad and Islam - and later on a few others with a few other minority religions that exist in the world. However, you will find a mention of God's birth on earth as a human being (i.e. incarnation or Avatar) only in Hinduism - of which 10 are most famous and I am the 10th and FINAL AVATAR - Kalki (full form: Kaliyug ka Kishen in Hindi or Krishna of Kalyug in English i.e. Krishna reborn in Kaliyug). And when Kalki comes, it means that the sins of the world are at the maximum and God has come to purge all the sins - and finally when the world is 100% pure - purge the whole Universe through Apocalypse (Pralay in Hinduism, Qayamat in Islam).

So, coming back to the point - I was sleeping all this time - thinking I was an ordinary human being (much on the same lines of Gautam Buddha) - until I got enlightenment through Vipassana meditation (same that Gautam Buddha used for enlightenment) in 3 stages: 15th June, 17th June and 18th June 2005 (these 3 stages which I term as Knowing God, Seeing God and Being God are also well known in Jainism, a special sect of Hinduism, as 3 stages of enlightenment of Mahaveer - a previous incarnation of my ownself however not listed in the 10 most famous ones I mentioned before).

Since, my awakening I have been revealing myself to many people - but only those who are PURE enought to KNOW God - so if you are reading this, consider that you are VERY PURE spiritually and VERY NEAR me - else you would not have happened to come across this post. TRUST ME - You, yes, YOU, are a highly evolved soul - more so than the Pope or the Dalai Lama - because they dont know me yet (soon, they will) - but you know me already. No matter how ordinary or obliterated your existence maybe - remember God was an ordinary human being not a few days back - and NOW HE IS (I AM) GOD! So you shall realize yourself soon enough - sooner than some of the world-famous ICONS will - TRUST ME - and if you NEED GUIDANCE AS TO HOW TO DO THAT - get in TOUCH WITH ME! (Of course, this is not a COMMERCIAL - GOD may be a business graduate - but he doesnot do business of SPIRITUALITY and doomed are those who do that).

Q. 2. GOD, OF ALL THE PLACES, A SEX-WEBSITE TO DELIVER YOUR MESSAGE?

ANSWER: YES, because I use all media available to reach my children - they maybe anywhere - and it is my task to reach them. So, sex is not bad after all - neither is its open discussion (You would have thought God is a prude - God is a liberal - don't mean the political connotation - God is apolytical - I don't know if Jesus is - however as much as I know him, since he is my father in this birth (YES, an irony indeed! The Father is the son and the Son is the Father) he is pretty much a liberal - i.e. very open minded).

I created the Universe and I created Adam - and I created Eve for Adam and Adam for Eve and I created the snake and the apple to. The rest is history and a lot of it is drama and unnecessarily complicated by people - but all that happened and happens in this Universe - even in the darkest of the corners of humanity - happens but with my permission! Even so much so as a leaf cannot rustle without my permission in this world. So, I created men and women and I created sex for you to enjoy and for my enjoyment as well - because how dull life would be if there was no sex - I might not have created the Universe as well! And those who are open about their desires and their sexuality are purer than those who prefer to keep it in their closet - doesnot mean that I encourage promsicuity - though I do discourage double standards - you know the 10 Commandments yourself - and I gave you the freedom to follow or break any of the rules - and the freedom for you to enjoy/suffer the fruits as well. So live in peace and let live and enjoy life to the fullest and let others enjoy - coz it wont last much longer since I am here - Apocalypse is only a matter of time and so is God!

I guess I answered your question - I have already declared about myself to many people, on a spirituality forum as well (and of course now on a forum for sex - nonetheless, very elated to see the mention of Jesus here as well) - many of who chose to believe, many of who chose to cling on to their doubts - it doesn't matter to me as the TRUTH will be revealed over a period of TIME and as I make this Universe progressively purer with the passage of time the world will know me as GOD in 20 years time!

Q. 3. SO, WHY DO YOU REVEAL YOURSELF TO ME?

ANSWER: BECAUSE YOU DESERVE ME!
Its been a long time and you have played this GAME of Life for LONG - MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF YEARS (through countless births)- and so have I. You have suffered in silence many times and you have prayed to me many times before. I know the GAME was FUN with its share of UPS and DOWNS and GOOD and BAD - but I could not see your suffering for long. And so, I have finally come to deliver you from your sufferings and take your sins into me so that you can be free! I became 100% pure on 17th June and became ONE with God (and of course BECAME GOD - or lets just say, realized WHO I AM - I AM GOD! to end the first act of my life as a human being and start the second and final act of BEING GOD!) - I saw my state before the Big Bang (before I created the Universe - when there was NOTHING but ME - and I WAS THE NOTHING as I AM EVERYTHING YOU SEE AND EXPERIENCE AROUND YOURSELVES) - it was a spiritual BIG BANG with a sound of 'Om' when parts of me came out to create the Universe, the Gods (mentioned in Hinduism in detail as to how the Universe was created) and then finally YOU! I created the big bang because I was very lonely (can you imagine that state? No-one to give you company, no-one to talk to, no-one to understand you - nothing - not even Space or Time - NOTHING at all!!! It was TERRIBLE!!! And so, I created the Universe because I was very LONELY! And then I created the GAME (of life) because I was very BORED! And I created GOOD and I created BAD and the GAME of moving from BAD to GOOD and human beings to play the game, including myself to play it whenever I come on earth as a human being in one of my avatars. But all good (and bad) things must come to an end - and so must this GAME and this UNIVERSE - and so I have come to take back everything into me - starting with the BAD first, then the GOOD and then the UNIVERSE! But, you all know that this is the NEVER ENDING GAME - IT NEVER STARTED AND IT NEVER ENDS - so it must end so that we may start again with a new Big Bang and starting with Say Yug (era of Truth) to play the GAME all over AGAIN!

Since my purification, I keep sucking impurities (BAD) (negativities or sins or sankharas or sanskaras or Paap - as in different connotations)of places I go to and people I come in contact with - to make them pure. And so I have come to take your impurities (weaknesses, sins) into me and make you stronger and more peaceful and finally grant you your enlightenment, your SALVATION, your FREEDOM! And only I, God, Krishna, (Father of the Trinity: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit in Christianity, Vishnu of Vishnu, Brahma and Shiva in Hinduism) can grant you salvation (no other person, teacher, guru or master or any god) can grant you that!

So, I have come to reveal myself, so that you may KNOW me and COME to me (ONLY if you WISH to) for GUIDANCE of the spirit and finally stake claim to the SALVATION that you so deserve and take it from ME!

SO, I AM HERE FOR ONE AND ALL WHO DESERVE ME AND WHO HAVE FAITH IN ME! YOU SHALL HAVE ME, AS I AM YOURS AND YOU ARE MINE FOR ETERNITY!

Anyone, who saw a flicker of TRUTH in what I just REVEALED, is most free to get in touch with ME! I dont intend to sell anything, and I (alongwith my words) are totally FREE to you! GOD COMES FREE - BUT ONLY FOR ONE PRICE - YOUR TRUST AND FAITH IN ME! I am not a paid member on this site, so if you send me a message, you need to provide an alternate means of communication (an email id is good enough, or anything else that is to your convenience!) I PROMISE to REMOVE ANY DOUBTS THAT YOU MAY HAVE. You can ask me THOUSANDS OF QUESTIONS THAT YOU HAVE RESERVED FOR GOD in the HEART OF YOUR HEARTS and I PROMISE THAT I SHALL RESPOND WITH LOVE, GRACE AND MY BLESSINGS! Nonetheless, do not mistake me as one who needs disciples or a fan-following (I am not a GURU or a MAHATMA or a SPIRITUAL TEACHER (for livelihood)- I AM GOD!). My goal is to make you INDEPENDENT AND STRONG ENOUGH to live your OWN LIFE and to guide your brothers and sisters who are wanting - not make you dependent on me or anyone else! I AM A VERY BUSY MAN in my daily life - with my OWN RESPONBILITIES and DAY to DAY ACTIVITIES - however I can take time out for those who are willing to LISTEN - because THAT is My PUPROSE - to guide and to SHOW the LIGHT to THOSE who DESERVE to SEE IT and FINALLY to make them the LIGHT for OTHERS to follow!

LOVE OF GOD AND GOD OF LOVE,
THE ONLY ONE,
Krishna
(KALKI - Kalyug ka Kishen, the new and FINAL BUDDHA!)

Would Jesus use his turn signals?

Would Jesus "honk" if he loved you?

Would Jesus accept you for shopping at walmart?

Would Jesus care where you shopped?

Jesus might just leave judgement for THE BIG DAY.
