Blogging and Polling

This is my take on this poll thing going on in Blogville. And I am sure some of you will disagree. But, hey, disagree, it is your right to....

First off, let me say this. I am NOT a numbers whore, nor do I care what my ratings are. But, it seems to me that with the polls, people are getting higher ratings because these polls are posted on the main blog page. If you want to see past polls you just have to click "View all" and there they are. Right at your disposal.... Unlike the regular blogs, if you want to see past blogs you can't. You have post the blogger as one of your watched blogs and even then half the time you don't know if that blogger has posted a new one or not. As I have said before, you very rarely can get past page two of the blogs without the little prompter saying "Previous"! You do not get the opprotunity to get to the past blogs....

I am not complaining or bitching, I am just stating something that I see and that I think is a negative aspect to blogging. Fixing this may also fix the back-biting and criticisms amongst the bloggers that do care about the ratings and the numbers...

See what I mean Vern??????

Free... I agree... suddenly there are people in the top spots that I've never heard of! Fair play to them if they are bloggers, though! Maybe I should just chuck my principles, and become a pollster? What do you think?

Yes?

Or No?

Lol, where are those darn poll buttons when you need 'em!!

Hx
