Is it true?

Is it true? If one is very successful in his / her career, he/she will feel emptiness in the soul

Not if you're doing what you love doing.

Getting paid to do what you want is definitely enriching.

Not true... It all depends on what kind of life one wants to live... we have the power to choose what we want. If one allow themselves to drown in emptiness, they most likely won't succeed in their career/life afterall... Successful people mostly have strong will power and don't succumb to circumstances easily...

Can successful ppl be too strong, over confident and over look many things that is around them. Cos they always feel that they are in control and as a result will not take any advice. Gradually ppl around him stop sharing with him and a successful person will ended up as a loner…
