Sleep!!!

Lately I have been having a very bad time sleeping at night. I'm not an insomniac or anything just been restless. Either waking up in the middle of the night or just not being able to fall asleep till I'm exhausted.

I tried napping after work can't do it. Tried heading to bed early no go. I do have alot on my mind lately but I've been there before and its never been like this. I'm starting to feel like something out of the night of the living dead. Which is fine keeps me from thinking to much lol.

But seriously anybody know anything I can do to get some sleep? I'm going insane.

Get some over the counter sleep aid...it will put you to sleep.

Yeah those could work at this point just being knocked unconscious would be an improvement. I'll try the breathing thing no nyquil in my house but whiskey I can do. Thanks for the suggestions and please if your stressed about what I'm thinking about don't its not worth it.

Flagg i know you miss me but i didnt realise it was that much babes.

If you wish to be part of the AdultFriendFinder Devils all the KPOWing ZAPPing & THWACKing will soon tire you out enough for sleep.

Do you stay on your pc up until bedtime? If yes try to kep away from it for a couple of hours before sleep. Its a stimulant you see.

Read instead.

Try something like the sociology & psychology of AdultFriendFinder & its members.

I'm sure all that exhausting work will tire me for sure then I can float of to LaLa land.

No I'm only on my computer on and off till an hour before I sleep. Its never been a problem at all for me sleep lately my body just isn't cooperating though waking me up in the middle of the night. So i just lay there in bed trying to go back to sleep no good.

The psychology of AdultFriendFinder I would spend my lifetime reading such a tome theres no way there is such a comprehensive work out there is a hell of a lot of wackos on here.

whenever i have problems trying to get to sleep, when i know im exhausted, i lay down in bed, get comfy and read, that always works for me. i tend to get through a couple pages, if that, and i find my eyes closing very quickly. Also i know u hate milk, but u can try warm milk, that works me also sometimes. You can also try getting a sound machine. the soothing sounds puts alot of my co-workes to bed very easily. i dont recommend any sleeping aid in helping u. it might work, but then u might find urself having real probs not going to sleep without it. and if ur waking up during the night, try the reading thing again, or u can pleasure urself, and hopefully when ur done, u have tired urself out again Give me a call if u need any help with that task, hehe.

First of all quit coffee, tea, chocolate and any other stimulants altogether. Eliminate ALL refined sugar from your diet. Do some aerobic exercise in the morning for at least half an hour, preferably an hour. Make sure your bedroom is as dark as you can get it, and not overheated. An hour before you go to bed have a snack which combines carbohydrates and dairy: muesli and yoghurt, bread and butter, a bowl of cereal etc. (This combination stilmulates the sleep hormone in your brain.) If anything is on your mind in the evening, such as all the things you have to do tomorrow, write a long list out. Get it all OUT of your head. Don't read or watch TV or anything stimulating during your last waking hour: have a long hot relaxing soak. You can also try some herbal sleep remedies - I don't know the names of any in the US, but over here there is very good one called nytol - but pills won't work at all unless you are already doing most of the above. Finally set your alarm clock EARLY and FORCE yourself to get up and do that half hour of exercise. Trust me, after a day or two of this you'll sleep.

well, i have a cure but its only available here in canada at my place LOL.
seriously, i had many problems with sleep for years. did sleep studies for a variety of things. had a chunk of my throat removed, adenoids, tonsils and a palette shortening, to no avail except for some really great fentynal patches yeee haaa! now i take trazadone, keeps me down thru all stages of sleep.
shit i am soo buzzed, too much wine. thank god for spell check.

That's why God invented Patron. I like to keep a bottle handy for just such petty annoyances. A few shots and some Tequiza chasers and I'm fadin' fast. A few more shots and chasers and I'm out cold. Try it - you'll like it. (Just remember to drink a bunch of water and throw down some aspirin.)

Babestar Thanks for all the advice I will keep that offer in mind. But I would have to clean up this clutter and i like disorder.

Fit after a couple of days of that I will be exhausted you are right I don't know if I can adhere to that for very long as I wake up pretty early already but its worth a shot for sleep.

Wow I don't think I could take heavy stuff this is probably brought on by my current thought process. It happens to me every now and then and when it does I get insane.

i don't really have an answer.. if i did, i wouldn't have insomnia///

Good to have you back I could use the treatment I'm dying over here with lack of sleep.

Man I got to get better locks on this BLOG how did they get in here. Hope they don't think they can stay here I don't need anymore animals in my house. Besides they greatly lower the average IQ level here. They might be a driving factor behind me losing sleep oh here comes the hissy fit once they read this.
