Well, the year is coming to an end. As I feel proud of myself for losing some weight over the past year (20 pounds to be exact), I am still feeling a little down on myself. I sit here thinking that I, and my husband, have 3 wedding to attend in 2006. One of which we are both in. I know that it is a routine resolution to lose weight, but this year I would really like to stick to my guns on this one. There is so much weight to lose that I feel overwhelmed. I am doing this for myself and this is going to be my daily saying to myself to get me motivated. Maybe buy something sexy 2 sizes down from what I am at now and look at it everyday. I will do this!

My astro update sez that DEC. 31 is a GREAT day to BEGIN
a new exercise program. I am serious about this. Exercise
is the key.

I'm starting back into the gym that day. Just DO IT.
The key to losing is eating less fuel than you burn up
and yet you MUST eat!!! Eat well and excercise passionately
and consistantly. You will be amazed! It is a major key!

Just a little food for thought.............
If you really want to be happy, nobody can stop you...
