Mood Tornado

This morning I snapped at my husband. To give you a little background, as soon as I woke up this morning my oldest child was giving me a run for my money. I had just got done yelling at him when my husband came into the room. He said one comment to me and I went ballistic. At first I was mad and then I started to cry saying "Everything is always my fault". My husband did not know whether to make heads or tails of it. I felt really bad about what I had done, but he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

This was no mood swing, this was a mood tornado. I pretty much tore evryone in my house up. I feel as if I should be in a straight jacket for my moods today.

One word: Lithium

Seriously though, things like this happen to the best of us. When they do, all we can do is keep the lines of communication open with our partners. Hopefully, he will understand.

You're not alone. We all have those days or moments.
When I snap at someone I'm careful not to cross the line. Kids sometimes don't know where that line is. And I make sure to do the I'm sorry thing and explain that I was having a tough day. Most folks are sympathetic and like that I commuicated with them rather than just letting it go.
You'll be fine.
Rest easy.

I tried wellbutrin and didn't see much difference. Talked to the doc. and he got me on Effexor, basically to keep my anxiety down to help keep the b/p down, and it works good! But ya know if ya ever need to get shit off your chest you can e-mail me. Same name as here but on A.O.L

Hotnbothered- When I was on Wellbutrin it worked great. I guess all people are different when it comes to medication. Thank you for your kindness, if I ever need to chat I now know where to find you. You are most definately a sweetheart!
