Misty Eyed

My favorite tear jerking movie of all time is Steel Magnolias. No matter how many times I watch it I cry. If I see that the movie is already on and catch it in the middle, I still cry. Recently I watched The Notebook and OMG did I cry. The ending is what really got me (I won't say how it ended just in case you haven't seen it). I can get enough of the movies that make you cry. I guess that is why they are called "chick flicks".

So tell me, what is your favorite chick flick?

I'm not sure if you can call it a chick flick; but "Mr. Holland's Opus" Gets me all the time.

Time for Easter Bunny. Go ahead hit Weasa!
Yup, I'm a fan of the movie.
I put in a vote for City of Angles. You've got mail and Sleepless in Seattle. (OK, I'm a Meg Ryan fan).
Not a chick flick but believe it or not Hook can get to me. Not crying or anything just sad. The whole don't loose your youth thing.
Moonstruck.
Didn't see Notebook.
Love actually.
And yes, I like action movies (male stereotype) but don't mind chick flicks. Sorry guys, it's just the way I am. Not your typical guy in a lot of ways.

I feel a movie night coming on.
Find a movie, ask everyone to watch, then have a chat about it. demonicsexkitten did it a while ago. Even had a meet and greet for some blog friends to watch it together.
One of the TV stations had tear jerker Fridays or something like that. They rated the movies on a Kleenex scale. Pretty funny.
Now go have yourself a good cry.

That sounds like a great idea. Like book clubs, but with movies. I guess that would make it a movie club.

Lately I have been crying at the little things as well, like a swet kiss on a sitcom. Oh God I am pathetic!
