Its like a bar, man

I have observed that in the chat rooms, the enviroment is similar to that of your local dive, or bar. (whatever the case may be)
You have your regulars. those are the six to eight folks who just keep having a conversation no matter who comes or goes. they also seem to be the only ones having a convo, no matter who comes or goes. You gotta hang out awhile to get in on a firt name basis with this crowd.
You have your nameless rabble, these are the other eighty or so folks not saying shit, just sitting there reading the other six or eight talk. They could speak up I guess, but they are quickly lost in the perpetual flood of , brb, lol, roflmao, (((((((dude)))))).
you gotta be quick at this bar man.
You have your silent stalkers, this is my group. they are the social folks that sorta wait with the rabble till someone new comes in that looks slightly interesting, then you pounce on the bastards before they know what hit them. You have a fifty fifty chance that they don't know anyone either, so roll the dice. Start a convo and try it out. If they are a regular, then you go back to the rabble, it they are new, then get chatty boy.
Last you have the blueballs boys. these are the guys, (usually all male, go figure) who are constantly putting out the mating call. You know the one, "Any chicks want to chat w/me?" oh, the horror, the pain. these guys will put out this mating call for hours sometimes. over and over again, sometimes with a smiley face( like that helps warm chicks up or something) sometimes with literary desperation. Its sad but true man.
I do love the local bar though.
