Your basic 1000-Calorie smoothie

Before I started doing triathlons last year, I hadn't realized how much of a lifestyle change the training is for these things. I do 8 workouts over 5 days every week, with 2 days of rest. This doesn't include stretching/yoga and freeweight sessions which I add in at various times. More than just having to do some triathlon-related activity just about every morning and every evening, the food has been a huge adjustment for me. I'm 6'3" and 180 (thin), yet I consume upwards of 3500 calories each day. So, I've developed my 1000 Calorie smoothie to aid in my healthy eating practices. Here it is, with calorie information:

100 - large banana
225 - 12 oz whole milk
50 - 1 cup frozen strawberries
210 - 8 oz yogurt
220 - 2 scoops protein powder
200 - 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter

Quite yummy!
