Living the healthier life...

I use to feel very tired and drained every day, and always thought of myself being "ragged". Self esteem was low, I was tired of being around the nag (gf at the time) and spent more time making excuses for falling asleep and avoiding social stuff.

I don't know what did it, maybe the new job, or being hit on by a few females in short succession, but something got in my head to start taking better care of myself. Went out, bought some new clothes (being the packrat I am though, I still haven't thrown out my older stuff, heh, heh, heh), worked up the courage to break up with the nag, and overall started taking better care of myself.

Some of the simplest thing can make you feel to have more energy. Vitamins. Thats it. I have a Centrium vitamin and a protien shake almost every morning, and I've been feeling ten times better during the day then I ever have.

So, what else have people done to make themselves feel better, in both self-esteem and health wise?

(Here's hoping I have a repeat of actually being posted in the recent posts list again)

(Update: All bets are off when I'm coming off of work int he looks department, Utilitarianism trumps all)

I think it's more than a vitamin that has been having you feeling so good... the job, being rid of a ball and chain, and bein hit on all are bound to raise your self-esteem...which is better than B-12!
