I don't want to!!

OK: this is a big, generic apology for anybody who's emailed me and has not received a reply. Just in case you read my blog. Please be patient just a bit longer: your emails are important, and I dearly appreciate them. I've received a number of very pleasant and enticing emails recently. Just... for whatever childish reasons... I don't feel like writing back yet.

Sometimes... when I feel I've got an overwhelming amount of things I "HAVE" to do (or "SHOULD" do), I feel guilty doing things I "WANT" to do. And when I sit to answer emails, I think "but i should be doing..." and it just kinda sucks the energy away. well: blogging doesn't count though. this is an addiction it's a self-made "HAVE to".

The problem with replying to email is that I feel each one deserves a response. And I want to read profiles, and emails, and really put thought and effort into each one. That takes time. Time that could, theoretically, be spent on said "have to's".

So... now I'm off to work on a few "have to's" so I can get to better stuff later.

*HUGS*

don't feel obligated. it's a trap, like that penny slot fortune telling machine in the old twilight zone show. there's never a rush, and anyone who tries to rush you isn't worth getting to know further anyway.

do you have a simple form response ready, to 'personalize' when need be?

No worries here, DSK. I can't e-mail anybody any way. Besides, I'm used to getting no responses.

Do what makes you happy. Practice doing it all the time.

Hey DSK know the feeling think i need to clone myself to try and keep up with blogging and work and sleep etc
maybe you should come up with a short response form.... kinda like one or two lines personalized.... or have one of the harem help act as a secretary giggle

If you want me just whistle....
you do know how to whistle don't you?
