paranoia, part deux

Do I look like I was born yesterday? Why do I feel like I'm being lied to on a continual basis from the men on this site? I'm really intuitive and even mention that during conversation but that seems to be ignored. I don't appreciate being played nor am I a player.
Why can't people just be themselves? I'm okay with alittle fat around the middle on a man, hell a woman too! I don't have a flat stomache either. I'm tired of stories that don't that are obviously not real and I'm not playing games.
I'm here to meet people, not chat for days...weeks while you figure out a time to sneak away from your wife or girlfriend.
I despise liars.

You're here to meet men ... so they have to be careful not to verbally stumble on the path forward to a real life date... and that's a good reason for many men out there at least not to tell you the whole truth.

Gawd save me from dishonest folks. Yet if you spend time meeting people on the internet you will have to sort through them just like the rest of us and separate the wheat from the chaff.

Good luck, your dream man is out there...

Why do they have to be careful not to stumble on the path toward a date? That makes no sense to me.

I think that PART of the problem is that some of us want to appear multifaceted and really deep. It's impossible to show someone exactly who you are here. Not that you can't get a good taste. Hell look at all the crotch shots. That tells me more than anything someone could say in their profile. Not that they aren't worth something inside, but they're letting their emotional or psychological baggage lead the way. It's hard to walk straight and upright when your carrying a lot of crap. Show me your face, then use it to talk to me. While these sites are another form of communication, they are also another weak link in a chain. You can reach more people, but you still don't know who they are until you meet them and talk to them. And sometimes you find out that you really didn't want to meet them. God I'm rambling. I should write a book.
