update on my stalker

I did go to my boss about that 65 yr old. or as I know affectionately like to call him...creepy guy. boss man started to indicate to me that creepy guy was my problem and sorta started to say ... my fault. so.. i said 'aren't we suppose to be friendly to those that come into our business?' he said yes.. i said well then I'll have to go to the police.. I'm sure they will ask where i know creepy guy from and I'll have to tell them..here at work... so after some negotiations.. boss man said I did not have to wait on creepy guy any more and that I should feel free to call the cops should creepy guy show up...no duh!!
Just as I was ready to leave...boss man indicated to me.. that it would be put in my personal data...and would reflect in my yearly review towards my raise.. I was already standing up...ready to leave. I turned around....leaned on his desk...smiled my best biggest smile and said... as I looked full on in his eyes..." just let it!"

Oh Sis,

Is he intimidating You...go above him...leave paper trail...don't trust him...he obviously does not take you seriously and he wants a clean record...now who is the bigger CREEP...some people are just unreal...sorry that he seems to be bullying You...am happy you are not allowing him.

I agree with Flo. Go above him. You shouldn't have to put up with a stalker. Are there other employees who are willing to back you? Have they seen or heard anything to help your case? Worse case, go to the police and get a restraining order to keep him away from your house. Be careful my friend!

Always your kindred spirit!

Sounds like you handled it with style, tact, and grace. A restraining order can keep him out of the bank, he'll have to go to another bank, and make sure his boss man knows whats going on.

Before getiing on the fire department I was in law enforcement. If you are feeling threatened by this man you need to notify the police. Each time he comes around you. And if he comes to your home or is around your home call. Just seeing the cops might scare him away. I would also document each time you have contact. That should help if you need to file for a protection order. if you have questions or need some more help.

This boss man must be about one of the more stupidist people I've ever heard about! He's going to "write you up"... he just created evidence to support your case! Way to GO!

    Quoting rm_wreckdiver66:
Take it to the HR department and report exactly what transpired between you and your boss, get it on record to protect yourself. I have first hand experience on this, that without you making a report to HR, he (your boss) can put you on the defensive.
thanks very much wreck..i'm hoping the matter is taking care of it's self as we .... well type..
